+ 4 moreCharlie Gardner was on the job site everyday and wonderful to work with. The quality of the work was fantastic. The subcontractors they used were absolutely amazing. The service could not have been any better. They exceeded my expectations and then some. I cannot recommend them enough!
Description of Work: They had to completely gut and rebuild my entire first floor of my two story brick house. The first floor had been severly damaged by water and condensation, which then resulted in large amounts of mold.

Description of Work: I contacted Palmetto Restoration & Builder to inquire about having a French door patio door replaced as well as another door. I sent two emails to insure he had my phone number, etc. I also explained that I was in the process of listing my house for sale & that I needed these repairs done fairly soon. I got no response. Not a "not interested", not "I cannot do it right now, I'm too busy", nothing. The least a person in business can do is provide the courtesy of a reply to an inquiry. I will find another person who possibly needs the work worse than this one apparently does.

+ 0 moreThe complete process took a little over three weeks and he kept us in the loop every step of the way. I would recommend these guys to anyone that needs either a repair of part of your house or a complete renovation. They will go out of their way to prove they want you to be completly satisfied with their work.
Description of Work: Our home's builder did not properly install the master shower. As a result, 10 years later, water damage is noticed on the first floor dining room along the baseboard. I contacted Palmetto Restoration and Builders and Brian Thompson came by and determined the source of the leak and worked with my homeowners insurance to correct and repair the damages. He coordinated the entire project from tearing out the shower on the second floor to replacing the sheetrock/baseboard, wallpaper, carpet, moving furnitue, the whole works.

+ 1 moreThis was a pretty big job because there was lots of rotted wood that need replacing with treated wood underneath the door. Then they replaced our door with a metal door and finally painted around it also. It took about two days and they did an excellent job.
Description of Work: Palmetto replaced rotted wood beneath the door and installed a new front door.
