 + 0 moreThomas arrived when planned and worked very hard for three solid days. He hit a couple of snags and handled them great. The work was well done and looks beautiful. Additionally, he was very careful to clean up after himself. I am extremely satisfied and will definitely use him again when such need arises.
Description of Work: Pressure washed the screened in porch, deck, fence and cedar shingles on front of the house and applied stain to all those areas. He did not, however, provide materials.

 + 6 moreWorking with Thomas from Market Ready Restorations truly made the daunting task of getting a house ready to sell much easier for me. With the exception of carpet and garage doors, Thomas did everything and he did a fine job of it, he truly made a well lived-in house look very presentable for potential buyers. Thomas is a genuinely nice guy that goes out of his way to make sure that whatever he is doing is done right. He is very detail oriented and really does pay attention to the small stuff, which makes a big difference when a project is said and done. His prices were very fair in comparison to the quality of work that he provided, and frankly looking at all the work he did I think I got a good deal. I plan to definitely work with Thomas again in the future, he works hard and does a great job and all things considered this is probably the best contractor/handyman experience that I've ever had.
Description of Work: Refreshed and refurbished the entire house including: painting the entire interior of the house, new ceramic tile in the kitchen, replacing laminate countertops, installing sink and dishwasher, painting the decks, re-screening a porch, reinforcing the deck to stabilize it, new tile in the main bath, pressure washing the exterior of the house, fixing damaged ceiling and re-spraying the textured popcorn, replacing light fixtures around the house, re-grouting existing tile floors, painting a small exterior building, and many other small miscellaneous things.

 + 0 moreThomas done an outstanding job! He was meticulous and made sure each job was done perfect. He went beyond what we expected and exceeded our expectations.
Description of Work: They repaired the deck and installed tile floors in the bathroom. He finished nailing down flooring in three bedrooms. He also installed two solar light tubes and made other minor repairs in our recently purchased patio home. Later he cut a new window opening and installed a stained glass window.
