I have emailed and texted this company numerous times to get my paperwork for a very expensive job and they will not even answer me! I wanted the exact measurements and stats of air pressure test. (It seems like they don't have it). They installed a filter that was too big for my house and I had air flow problems for three months. My electric bill was three times the amount it should be and they blamed it on imported parts in the unit and Duke energy. I had to get other companies to come find the problem b/c they couldn't fix it. Turns out emergency heat had been running. When they installed unit in 2018 they broke into meter box and installed new breakers and electrical panel for more amps without pulling a permit . I do not feel confident in their electrical work and the installations of unit and ducts was definitely subpar and over priced. There were numerous other issues encountered over the past months with their work. I was lied to and they didn't live up to everything their website claims they "offer". It was the worst experience and headache I've ever had with a company.

I called them this morning and they came out less than two hours later. They quickly located the problem (a failed fan capacitor) and replaced it. Problem solved! Polite, professional, and friendly. Recommended.

Exceeded any and all expectations I had. Was knowledgeable and professional. Went above and beyond with all aspects of the job from beginning to end. 10/10

In the beginning they appeared to be professional and very knowledgeable to HVAC and zoning. After the install, the system did not perform correctly or efficiently. After multiple attempts to correct the system, they could never get it right. We were told that the company would contact us in the first year of install to maintain the system and we have yet to receive a call. We have had another HVAC company assess the system and they have found additional issues that we now have to fix and spend more money as a result. Nice enough owner, but don't hire them for an install, especially if they recommend zones or a complicated system

They did a very satisfactory job. He was very thorough. He told us what he was going to do and he was outside and he’s gone doing it and going through all the stuff in the house. We were very satisfied with the work and price. The price was not as pricey as what the norm was.

I'm an electrical engineer. He found the issue quickly, found the problem quickly, analyzed it thoroughly, and repaired it quickly.

He took his time and found out what the problem was and fixed it. I would never call anyone else but him! His wife answers the phone, and they are both so nice! They know me by name and care about the individual!

Went very well. He advised me on the two types of systems and gave me suggestions on insulation needs to make either system more efficient. He was very friendly and professional. I plan to call him back to install when my house is ready.

We had gone back and forth with our home warranty company for sending out two different heating and air companies that were incompetent. The companies they sent were unprofessional...smoking near the gas line on the house, speaking to my husband in a rude way, and peeling out of the driveway when I asked him to leave. I finally called HIS Heating and Air, and although they did not work with my warranty company and I had to pay out of pocket, it was well worth paying to have it fixed. Darryl was able to do in one day what the other two companies couldn't do in two weeks. I was so thankful to finally have heat again and highly recommend them. Darryl was polite, courteous, and professional.
