Dave The owner of BG Builders had me give him $3355.00 Deposit on the fence Sept 12,2017 and I had to threaten to get an Attorney to get my money back November 11, He never got the material to do the job. I would never recommend this man or BG Builders to any one.

Everything went perfectly. David came and provided samples of shingles for us to choose from. They were delivered and the work was completed as scheduled. The workers did a great job and the yard was left completely clean. DG Builders has done several jobs for us and is the only provider we contact for work around our house. We appreciate working with an ethical contractor.

David responded quickly to my inquiry for a quote. Walked me though the fence process and what to look for in replacing the fence. He outlined what his crew would be doing and gave a price in line with the competition. David remained flexible as we ran into a snag with our HOA. The crew arrived and installed the 4x4 posts the first day and let the concrete set. The following day they installed the pickets, and the day after placed the flat top and trim boards. The crew was mindful of our yard and landscaping and at the end of each day they cleaned the yard of debris. They were all polite and answered any question I had. Would definitely hire them again and will be recommending them to those with building projects.

The whole process went very fast. David responded quickly for giving us an estimate and having materials delivered. David and his crew were very professional and easy to talk to. My wife and I are very happy with their work. Looking forward to working with them again on future projects.

It went very well, the workmanship was excellent. We have received a lot of comments about how good it looks. We love it!

All work done by DG Builders was done in a timely manner and at a very competitive cost. Very professional and a big help to me as I just moved into a new house.

Looks amazing! David is very professional, honest and goes above and beyond to make the customer happy. That is hard to find these days! I was so impressed by the DG Builders team and their attention to detail - making sure every section was level. They finished very quick but didn't leave until the entire fence looked clean (down to the color of the screws and concrete finish at the posts). I love it, my dog loves it and now a couple of my neighbors are thinking about a fence too! The superior workmanship is evident compared to other fences in the neighborhood and I'm so happy with the end result. David will be the first person I call with any future projects.

Excellent. The quality of construction is superior to many other structures I have seen. David goes beyond what he commits. He would also bring in his experience to suggest what would really give more character to structure and accommodates changes as desired. He sticks to his estimates. Overall a very nice and friendly personality himself and it shows in his team too.

David was very professional, did an excellent job on the fence and had the project done incredibly fast! My wife and I are very happy with our fence and DG Builders.

Wow, David did so much at my home I don't know where to start! You can call on David for everything. He built my fence. He removed 4 trees and ground the stumps. He poured beautiful stamped concrete and also a driveway extension. There were a few delays due to weather and equipment failure once but at the end of the job we were having sod to cover the back yard. David surprised me and re-sodded our front yard too at no additional charge. Mind you it was a BIG job we had given him but he worked himself with his team until 10pm with spotlights that last night to finish the job. You will not find someone better to do your landscaping work that this fellow. Just call him and tell him Pamela sent you. I don't have any job completed photos handy but David will be glad to share many photos with you of his previous work.

I was very pleased with David Gerisch's work. His crew was very courteous and polite and also very knowledgeable in the tasks that were performed. I was pleased with the way they cleaned up when the job was finished and how easy it was to communicate any concerns with David along the way.

We hired David to convert our patio to a covered porch. Due to the neighborhood's covenants and restrictions, the project materials have to match the house. This is not an easy task with a older home. But his crew did a great job of matching everything and the porch now looks like an original part of the house. The project took a little longer than expected, but much of this was attributed to weather. A local supplier made an error with the brick order. In order to help get things back on track. David drove out of town to get the correct bricks. Not many people today would have bothered. David and crew did a great job incorporating our wants and wishes into a finished product. The crew also cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend David and would hire again without hesitation.

We love David! Personally, you can't find a better person, one who cares, requires excellent work from his subcontractors, and will work with you. As I have found out from friends who had work done by other contractors, it took longer than expected and was frustrating. But the overall work I am very happy with and would definitely use him again!

I had my wood privacy fence in my backyard blow over in a severe wind storm. I also had a section of the fence on the side broken where a tree had crashed on top of it. Dave and his crew fixed both parts of my fence perfectly, and for a great price. They even cut the pickets to match the older shape of the pickets that I had on the rest of the fence. I will definitely use Dave and his crew again.

Couldn't have asked for better! The fence is beautiful and better than what I expected! The team worked quietly and efficiently; I barely knew that they were there. I shopped for prices for a few weeks before deciding and their rate was better than local competitors and a major provider. They cleaned up after their work and I'm honestly beyond pleased with the fence they built for me.

I always love working with DG Builders. David is very detail oriented and easy to work with. His guys are great and do beautiful work. We are thrilled with our new patio and stairs. They even built a stone firepit to enjoy these cooler nights. I call them for all of our outdoor construction needs from fences, patios even tree removal. They are making over my property one project at a time! I would highly recommend them and plan to use them again.

We live in my great-grandparents 75-100 year old home. With our son becoming an active toddler, we decided that we could really benefit from opening up our house's floor plan. And we needed a full master bath remodel. DG Builders was one of three general contractors to quote our job. We decided to use DG Builders because they had an actionable plan and they came highly recommended by trusted friends. While they were not the least expensive quote, I had seen their work first-hand and received testimonials from clients. Bottom line - I could not be happier with the job done by David and his team. They were wonderfully thorough and they made sure to follow up on every punch list item and request. Their workmanship and quality is truly first class. They are professional and courteous. A+++ rating! We will most definitely be a repeat client.

David and his crew did an excellent job on the deck. He exceeded my expectations on materials and workmanship. He was very professional and was respectful and conscience of my home and pets during the work.

Excellent professional contracting we have ever had done. At first I was a little nervous because we hired David directly off Angielist. David presents himself very low key and cordial. Although we felt the price was on the steep side at first, it compared with other estimates we received and was right in line with the others. He was true to his word throughout the whole project and very much a gentleman. His men were all great especially Mike's crew. This project took a while going through Christmas and a couple cold days, that being about four weeks. Every day I would look out the window and the crew would be there at 8:30 sharp. We loved the punctuality and the skill these men brought with them. David, the contractor/owner, would come about every day, shake our hand and communicate anything new or talk about any concerns we may have. We could text or call him and he would always return our calls promptly if he could not text or answer back immediately. As with any project of this size, there were issues that did come up, but David handled them all by being a good communicator and listener. With all that said, I think what stands out the most is the quality of the workmanship. We spent a while on the design as we wanted a gazebo look to this porch, a cut above the standard porch. He was not only willing to customize it, but his men installed it on site, piece by piece, with such skill and professionalism. The pictures speak volumes, but in person it is even better!! We are so pleased with the outcome and now our backyard looks fantastic!! They matched the roof and siding to where it looks like it was part of the original house! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend DG Builders for any home project!!

He never showed up. I tried calling and his mailbox is full. I don't appreciate him wasting my time for an appointment he clearly had no intention of keeping.

Tried to schedule a fence repair and had no show about 3 times. Every time I called back after a no show I would get a "reschedule". Of course that date would arrive and he would never show up. If he has something come up he should at least contact me about it. I get the feeling there is zero bookkeeping in terms of scheduling with this guy. It might also be that my job is "too small" to be bothered with. I was going to get some quotes on some bigger jobs to possibly do, but after getting the runaround for 3 weeks straight I'm taking my business elsewhere.
