I was very impressed with the responsiveness, and how they kept us updated as to when they would be on site etc. I was very pleased with this company and would use them again in the future.

Daylight Solutions installed two Sun Tunnel skylights in my living room. During initial meeting, I expressed the need for more light so I could read in my living room. Sales person recommended the smaller tunnel, said the larger tunnel would provide too much light and glare on tv. Company was great about keeping me informed about time of installation. Very friendly and professional during install. There was no follow up by the company after install. I was disappointed with the amount of light provided by the skylights. I am not able to read in living room without turning on a light. (Which was the reason I wanted a skylights in the first place) I texted Daylight Solutions to ask if there was a difference diffuser which would provide more light. The response was no. My conclusion was the company was done with me and didn?t care if I was happy with their product or not. I was disappointed.

Chris showed up on time as promised and he and Mario went to work immediately. Both professional and courteous, they did an outstanding job replacing 4 fixed skylights with a superior product with emphasis on meticulous precision and accuracy. The interior of the Velux skylights were painted white saving us the necessity of having them painted to match ceiling; the exterior of the skylights were dark gray which matched our shingles. Very happy with the quality of the product and workmanship!

Great job on the installation, but alot of shingle asphalt and dirt fell in from the replacement and was poorly cleaned up. Mud was tracked in on my floors and a big blop of chalk left on my rug.

They returned my call quickly and came to my home 3 days later. It turns out the shingle in my yard was not from around a skylight but around my chimney. They put the shingle back in place. I highly recommend them.

The project was first class all the way. They showed up on time and went right to work installing two skylights. They were finished early cleaned up the work area and left. the project looks great just what we wanted.

Yesterday I had two ten inch skylights installed in my very dark kitchen. Even though it was a cloudy day, the difference was remarkable. It was if I had the lights on all day. This morning I woke up to a bright home. No more turning on lights to make coffee! They did a wonderful, professional job. Cleaned up before they left. Very polite and friendly. I am so pleased with the results and would recommend them to everyone seeking this type of home improvement.

I called them because I thought my skylight was leaking. however, it was not. They went on top of the house as well as came inside but the the leak was from something else. Did not charge me anything. Have worked for me before. Chris is great. highly recommend him.

Wonderful Customer Service! We received a call the day we put in the request and they stopped by for estimate the very next day. A week later we now have 2 - 14" sun tunnels! Installer Dillion was professional and curtious and cleaned up throughly. Very happy and looking forward to enjoying our well lighted home! Ken & Julie
