Cavin did a tremendous job. He goes above and beyond. Having repairs made to my brother's mill house. Cavin found more damaged wood than visible once he tore the old floor. He removed and replaced the rotten wood. I can recommend him without reservation.

He worked within my budget and replaced only the most severely damaged wood. I will eventually replace the remainder porch and will definitely call on Cavin again. Cavin did an excellent job removing water damaged bathroom floor and flooring around the toilet, replacing the floor, installing new toilet, and put new flooring down. It looks fantastic. I highly recommend him without reservation. Very honest.

Excellent experience. Cavin came and gave me an estimate. We set a date and time. He confirmed this the day before the work was to be done. The work was done with great professionalism and in a timely matter.

He’ll do any job; he does tiles or painting or anything, and he does it well. He does an excellent job, he prices it reasonably, he’s honest, he does what he says he is going to do, he does it on time, and his cleanup is perfect.
