Description of Work: I wanted a wood fence to keep my dogs in and they did a great job installing and keeping a clean work area. One hiccup in that they built the wrong style fence but it still looked good and is very functional. The owner took some money off the price.

The project went very well. Anchor is easy to communicate with and they were on time and did great work. They provide a very high quality product which I am very happy with.
Description of Work: Anchor Home Services installed screening on a 12'/16' screen porch. Which included the aluminum support posts, all the aluminum framing and a screen door.

I completed the form on their website to request a quote, but they never contacted me. I called them a week later requesting to be contacted, but received no return call. In both cases, the requested service quote was for a wood privacy fence.

[removed member name], I apologize for your experience. You did not get a response because we never got your inquiries. We have been dealing with some problems with our internet/phone provider (Charter), throughout the end of February and all of March,and have not been getting messages properly. We have even had entire days without service. I apologize for the perceived bad service, but it was out of our control, and not done intentionally.

The contractor was very prompt and friendly in service. The ez-breeze enclosure is of spectacular quality. Enjoy being able to use the enclosed porch free of dirt and pollen.

We have had an excellent experience with David Jones of Anchor Home Services. · He came for the appointment on time · Explained that the fencing was made right here in South Carolina · Quoted the job clearly and fairly · Explained when it could be installed as the fence would be manufactured when the order was received · Described the fencing in detail noting that the manufacturer did not leave any open ends on the fence as they knew this to be areas for spider webs and wasps. We are recently from WI so this information was a surprise; we would never know to ask about that as a drawback. · His crew came out as promised and kept a clean worksite · We have requested additional finials for the fence and he dropped those off the next time he was in our area · A special challenge was enclosing an elevated patio area of about 12 x 12. We were not sure how best to do this but David suggested the perfect plan for us; we very much appreciated his expertise and experience. One negative ~ the squirrels will chew on the finals as they were plastic. We know this is beyond our control but others may want to be aware of this when installing the Savannah fence and perhaps choose a different style w/o finals. David has given us several replacements but we would likely have chosen a different style in the first place if we had known this information. Anchor Home Services does great work and we recommend them highly .
