Affordable Asphalt

I replaced my asphalt driveway. Jack returned my call right away, came for estimate when he said he would, did the work when he said he would. He discussed my options and gave me all the info I needed to make a decision about work to be done. Great job, very courteous, would definitely recommend and use again.

It went great! On Thursday afternoon they completely removed all the old asphalt and cleaned out debris from around the drainage pipe running under the driveway. They returned today (Friday) prepped the area (rolled with steam roller), sprayed to prevent weed growth through the new asphalt, the spread and rolled the asphalt. After it was done, they demonstrated that water running from the street will indeed divert to the side and run into the drainage ditch. Throughout, they were friendly, courteous and punctual. I'm very pleased with the result.

It took longer than I expected, but we had a very wet season and it went very fast once they got to us.

Went well, requested by phone site visit and estimate. Written estimate was provided. I confirmed acceptance both verbally and signed proposal. Work completed in 4 days.

They came out recently and it is still on-going. They are doing yard work. They are doing architectural stuff around the trees. He is an expert in his field. We are doing some structural engineering work also. He is working for me by the day. I pay him as we go along. This has been on-going work for 5 weeks. I have paid him over 5000 dollars for his work so far. He is very good. He is punctual. I will continue to use him.

They were good people to work with. They keep their commitments. They were responsive.

They were very friendly and they seemed to know what they were doing. We were relatively pleased with their work. It has been an extremely hot summer but it seems like the asphalt hasn't hardened up as good as what we thought it should. We contacted them and they really did nothing else. They just said it would take time for it to harden up. We are still very cautious with it. Their price was comparable to what is in the area. They were here on time and did the job until it was complete. We didn't have any problem with them working. We think they are coming back to resurface so we hope that will resolve the problem.

We both worked together very well and he really did what I wanted. He had good ideas himself and he was timely. He had a good crew. He did a really nice and professional work. He was very reasonable.
