Got to me next day, not three weeks from now like others! We inherited a mess for a system and these guys were VERY communicative, transparent and even put up with my need to know every dollar being spent. They did exactly what I wanted blended with their best assessment. They got my hopeless situation up and running same day. Josh, Wilburt, and Q did an excellent job with repairing our sprinkler. They even came back and move a few heads that another contractor needed move to complete his work. Due to contractor capping off 2 sprinkler heads, Josh and crew came out, diagnosed our problem, recommended a "cost-saving" work-around that will prevent water from flowing under the patio, and made sure I knew how to work new systems. Well..............I had a major problem my first time working the system. I called Josh twice and very, very, very thankful of his willingness to help me during my panic mode to turn on the system. Josh was very pleasant and made me feel that he did not mind that I called his "twice" for the same problem that I could not figure out. Customer service goes a long way and this company will be our new irrigation company!
