+ -1 moreJob went a promised. Gas pack installed in one day, cleaned up after installation and hauled off old units and has been working great since.
Description of Work: My A/C unit was 22 years old and had broken down again so I decided to replace my unit. I switched over to a gas pack instead of electric because I had a gas pack in the past and loved it. James came out the day before Thanksgiving and worked all day putting in my new unit and converting over to natural gas, running gas lines, and repairing ducts. They did a great job and completed in one day. I love the new gas pack, it heats really quick and since we have had a few warm days, I have also used the cooling and it works great as well. James always does a great job and is on time and just a great guy to work with. He always tries to find the least expensive way to go if you have a break down, I never have to worry about him replacing a part that is good just to make money. I have used Postons heating and air for about 15 years and would never call anyone else.

+ -1 moreHe is the best. He does a fantastic job and he is trust worthy. He doesn't tell you that you need to service your unit every single year and if he doesn't need to do anything he will say that. He is great.

+ -1 moreI have used Poston's for 10+ years. They always come promptly and do a great job at a great price. The most important thing is I trust James. He does everything possible to try to save me money, he is not just a parts changer. Another company I used before Postons always seemed to find a way to charge me a lot of money. On this occasion, Postons came out quickly and got my family back in cool air again. This is the kind of service I always get. I don't even consider calling anyone else.
Description of Work: AC would not cool. Poston's came out quickly and checked out the unit and recharged it. Got us cold air again.

+ -1 moreI have used Mr. James Poston a number of times. I have a rental property too that I call him about. He is a very nice man. He works for long hours if you need him to. I really enjoy him as he is a nice man. His price is very reasonable. He is punctual and very professional. I would for sure hire him again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Poston Heating and Cooling three months ago for putting the freon and gas to my air conditioner.
