VSA did a very fine job on the two projects that I hired them for: 1. pressure washing my house and 2. vinyl siding work. They are experts who are careful to attend to every detail. VSA communicated with me all the way through both of the projects to be sure that they were proceeding as I was expecting them to. They made a few suggestions which I went with because they were better than some of my original plans. I will hire them again (they will be cleaning out my gutters in a couple of weeks) for any service that they provide.
Description of Work: Pressure washed the house, vinyl siding removal and replacement, and cleaning out my gutters. Pressure washing for the size of my house was $450.00. The vinyl work (not a very extensive project) was $650.00. I will be paying them $200 for cleaning out my gutters.

They were prompt, courteous, professional, communicated well about when they were coming, and gave a fair price for the work done. I would hire VSA again in a heartbeat.

Did an outstanding job, the workers were lovely and seemed to have extended knowledge of the siding job. I was very pleased with the services and the quality of the workmanship. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have their siding redone!

Replaced rotted wood on each side of a dormer. Caulked and painted all areas around the dormer where the repairs were made. Repaired mortar on stone chimney.
Description of Work: Dean and his partner did a great job. They were on time, reliable, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I will definitely call on the again when and if needed. They did an outstanding job. You cannot go wrong hiring VSA Roofing and Siding!!!
