+ -1 moreHe did a great job on the house plans. I feel like his strength was developing a floor plan that works well. After he nailed down a solid floor plan he began working on the elevations and other sections of the plan. We ran into a bit of a challenge with the roof. I wanted to use trusses, but the required code for ceiling height above steps limited my options. Jonathan showed a great deal of flexibility in quickly changing the floor plan to put the bonus room steps in the garage area instead of the main structure of the house. I believe that his change will save me a lot of money and it will be a better design in the long run.
Description of Work: He created custom house plans for a four bed room house with five bath rooms.

We help design a structure that will solve the owner's needs while improving their investment. The drawings we provide will help homeowners obtain the right price from their contractor as well. We work with residential contractors who need drafting assistance. We can come out to the job and measure, or we can convert a quick sketch into a professional drawing.
