+ -1 moreRandy was unbelievable responsive!!! He came out in the bitter cold during the freeze at 8:30 at night to give me quote as we had a pending closing and so many folks were without heat. He fit us into his schedule and moved heaven and earth to install our unit prior to closing! We even had a snow day and he could have punted on us, but he even came out in the snow/frozen ice days last week to make sure we had our unit. I got a quote from Sears and one from another HVAC company and Randy's prices were the best and his service was unparalleled. I really would like to keep him as my own little secret, but he deserves to have a Superior Service Award!
