Will responded quickly to my inquiry and kept me informed every step of the way. I had contacted other contractors to repair our sinking concrete walkway and step, but all (if they even responded to my call) wanted to replace the current concrete, which didn't have a crack in it. Will said he could raise the walk and step in one day at about a quarter of the cost of replacing it. He responded promptly to my questions and completed the work when he said he would (within a week of me calling). He and the woman working with him did a great job and cleaned up the area before leaving. Both were professional and friendly and even took a few minutes before leaving to play with our dog. It was one of the best experiences I've ever had with a contractor.

Excellent experience with this company. The initial request for an estimate was answered very promptly, as were all other inquiries. The repair crew arrived on time and proceeded immediately with their leveling work. The business owner, Will McCuen, supervised the three employees who had accompanied him, showing them how each phase of the operation was to proceed. He explained everything they were doing in precise detail and offered alternatives for different ways to address our specific problems. We could not have asked for a more positive experience overall.

The project Level Best Concrete did for us was major! The slab under our house support pillars had sunk. Will was able to stabilize the support pillars and the concrete slab in just one day. I was surprised there was NO MESS OR BAD ODOR! We feel at ease again in our home and are so glad we discovered Level Best as a repair option! Absolutely TOP NOTCH!!
