They were great. They are local. Their price was fair.

They were very good about coming out and giving me an estimate. They did what they said they were going to do.

They were very professional. They cleaned up very well. Their attentive to detail and they are very easy to get a hold of with questions. They are very helpful with the phone as well.

It was a big job. They are always on time. They do what they say they are going to do and they are very professional.

They are knowledgeable and dependable but they are the most expensive. I use them because I trusted the name.

It was a one hour visit and I am waiting on their proposal. It was a positive experience. They were professional. I was working with an ISA certified arborist and he was very knowledgeable. Even though he was trying to sell me his services he was willing to share his expertise. He was not pushy. He was about 15 minutes late for the appointment. I would use them in the future.

The quality of work was excellent. They gave us good advice about our trees. We were seriously considering taking down several very large trees and we were talked out of it for good reasons for the shade for the house and that sort of thing. They convinced us that they could make the trees workable for us without providing an excess amount of shade, which we were concerned about because we were losing all of our grass. We basically solved a lot of problems with their advice. The guys did a really good job and the cleanup was good. They certainly were not the least expensive. I'm complaining about the price but I liked the work. They were definitely professional. We would call them back again.

Schneider Tree Care showed up on time with three tree trimmers. They were very professional and started right away. They climbed four of the five trees and used the bucket truck on one of the Red Oaks. They were very careful not to harm near by trees and landscaping. They removed all debris from the yard. They came to the house when the job was finished and had me sign a form stating that the job was completed to my satisfaction.

A polite office member scheduled a visit for an estimate. A person showed up earlier than agreed on, interfering with a conference call I was on, provided an extremely overprices estimate. His condescending unpleasant attitude was somewhat of a surprise for someone who would like to have the business. With an unpleasant manner and a high price, we did not hire the service of this company.

It went great. The crew was extremely skilled and cleaned up so well that I would have hardly known they were there. The machine that was used to grind stumps left muddy tracks on my driveway, and the worker cleaned up the driveway with a shovel before he left without me even having to ask. The work was done exactly as I expected. One note about the visit for the estimate--I had already determined which trees to remove on my heavily wooded lot. Scott noticed a tree in the back of the house that was rotting at the stump and leaning toward the house. I hadn't even noticed that tree, and he wasn't trying to add more work to add more to the price--his concern was genuinely about a potentially dangerous situation with an unhealthy tree that was already leaning toward the house. I appreciated that, and we did include it with the other tree work that I had already determined.

They were reasonably priced and they showed up when they were supposed to. They did a wonderful job of cleaning up. They took care of it while I was gone so I did not even have to be there. They drove into the back yard, took the tree down, cleaned up all the limbs and then just sent me a bill. I think I would use their service in future if needed.

The workers arrived on time, had the crytomeria safely down without damaging any structure of other plants and hauled to the truck in no time. They were meticulous in tidying up. They were wonderful about trimming the crape myrtle to our specifications, taking it branch by branch after asking our opinion for each one. They offered advice, but made it very clear they wanted us to feel good about the shape of the finished tree. Again they cleaned up every little branch when they were finished, and acted really pleased to have done the job to our satisfaction. I read in another review Schneider was "pricey" in comparison with other bids. No so in our case. They were right in line with one other bid ( and that company wanted to just lop off the top of the crape myrtle "because you just can't kill them!" ) Of the other two companies we called, one didn't return our call and the other called back several days after we left the message. The office staff followed up to find out if we were satisfied after the job was done. Great customer service and follow through!

A representative of the company came out and gave us a firm written estimate for the work. The young man even took a minute to identify an unknown tree on our property. They were on time and did an excellent job of saving a beautiful tree. When they were finished they left a very clean deck.

As described previously, the crew shows up on time and completes the work in a timely and efficient manner.

As other people have stated, the Schnieder crew is extremely hard-working and professional. Our problem was with the estimator. He came when the trees hadn't fully leafed out and we questioned how he could tell what needed to be trimmed. He assured us he could, but as it turned out, he couldn't. They had to return to cut many dead limbs that they missed and the second time they didn't clean up as well. We are just not happy with the end result. There is a dead tree he didn't even see and a couple of the trimmed trees look bad. They cut a lot more off one tree we wanted for shade than they had indicated, and not enough off of others. I specifically asked about one branch and they said it shouldn't be cut. Now it is sticking out and it looks very bad. Another tree is leaning way over the grass, and that is exactly what we were trying to eliminate.

Schneider Tree Care came out to quote the job the day after I called. I got (3) quotes and Schneider's quote was in between the other (2) quotes. In less than a week they arrived on time with a caravan of equipment. All the members of their crew were polite and very professional. The job was completed in (2) eight hour days. All saw dust and branches were cleared from the yard and the driveway. I paid more than I planned, but it was well worth it to have a professional team with the proper equipment complete this job in a timely manner.

Was a little more than we needed to pay.

The arborist came out and assessed all the trees in the yard. He wrote up a plan for pruning and fertilizing the trees. I accepted the pruning offer and within two weeks the company had sent out a truck and three workers to prune the five trees that were needed. They arrived on time, completed the work in the time they had told me it would take and cleaned up after themselves. All three were very polite, professional and did a great job.

Great company! Not the cheapest but definitely professional and knowledgeable. I didn't want my trees hacked up and I trusted this company because they employ certified arborists. They discussed my trees at length and came up with the best plan. The workers were exceedingly professional, careful and skilled. They came when scheduled and even worked during a downpour. The trees look wonderful and the stumps were completely removed and mulched. Even the ones very close to the house. They left the yard in pristine condition.

Schneider Tree Care was incredibly professional and they did an excellent job for a reasonable price. The arborist gave his advice for conservative treatment and the job was done on time and thoroughly.

Schneider's took about 5 hours to do the work. They hauled off all the debris and also ground the stumps leaving the mulch for us to use. The only problem was that they messed up some of our irrigation system in the process. However, I don't think it was their fault.

Schneider's did an excellent job. After grinding down all the stumps and limbs into mulch, whatever we didn't want they donated to our school and also delivered it. They went over and above what was expected of them.

The service that they provided was expensive to remove a tree and clean up the yard. The company offers very competitive rates, but were able to do a very good job. The overall experience was excellent. The people were very friendly, and took their time cutting the tree and cleaning up when finished. The people were very courteous and polite and came on time. They also made sure that they cleaned up all of the remaining debris.

A lot of companies that a person could call would tell you that they are coming when you have called for an estimate and never come out. They came out when they said they would. The lady was very nice and courteous. They cleaned up everything after themselves. I have already recommended them to my friends.
