The entire experience was super! Everything was done very professionally. The tree cutters did an outstanding job of taking trees down and cleaning up. Had it not been for the stumps being there no one would have known we ever had trees. Wish the stump grinder would have done a little better cleanup.

They performed an outstanding job. I'm so used to having people take advantage of a single female but these guys went above and beyond and took care of me in a huge way. After they took down the tree in the backyard they had some extra time to spare and so they made suggestions to utilize a better amount and take care of other items I had not tended to. He was in such a hurry, he said he will email us the quote, we asked if he had our email and he said if you called the office, we have it. They didn't and had to mail it to us, which took a few more days in holding us up.

This service was done while we were not in town. Work was done very well with no supervision and no complaints.

We called Schneider Tree Care and, within a day, a certified arborist came to our home to give us an estimate. Scott Carlson was very professional and personal. He gave us the cost and informed us then of a week backlog. They came on 10/12/12, which was exactly a week later, and did a very efficient and clean job removing the tree. We would recommend them to anyone and will definitely call them for any tree service we may have in the future.

Service was excellent, beginning with gentleman who came to estimate the job. He was honest in relaying the time frame, but the trees were then removed the week identified. I think it was 2 weeks before the stumps were ground but it was not a concern of mine at the time. They deducted a small portion from my bill as a couple of stumps were too close to the chain link fence and could not be removed without considerable damage to the fence. All were very professional and I would certainly use them again as the need arises and/or recommend them to others.

They checked out my Bradford Pear tree for disease and trimmed 4 large fir trees in my backyard. They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves and I would definitely use them again. They seem to be the only game in town of professional arborists but I found their prices rather high so have held off on other work that needs to be eventually done.

.Our emergency became their emergency! Rain, high winds were threatening to bring this tree down. Quote within 18 hours from a certified arborist. Told us there would be a two week lead time. Branches had already fallen from this tree onto two cars, they were not small branches either. In anticipation of a particularly bad storm, I called and asked if they could please come sooner. Was told they should be here this morning. Sure enough I look out the window and there they are. The crew was very good about keeping me informed. My input was asked about the other trees. This crew worked well together. Safety was a major concern. They practiced NOT getting hurt. Most limb grinding was done on the spot. The larger pieces were picked up the next day, with minimal yard damage. BTW the storm that came through the next day would have landed that tree square on the house!

After continually cleaning gutters and underground piping, I called Schneider Tree care to trim 2 large trees located on a neighbors property. With their permission, Schneider removes several overhanging limbs that greatly contributed to the falling leaves and the clogging of my gutters, downspouts and underground piping. They actually came a couple weeks before they said they would be able to (which was a plus) and did a great job removing problem limbs and dead wood ($350). The price of trimming the Japanese Maple with a little too high in my opinion ($125). There is no way they spent a half hour trimming that small tree. All in all, they did a great job and we would definitely use them again.

After an initial meeting with a very fine aborist, it took several weeks for them to get to us, but when they arrived, they were all very competent and professional. The person we met with at first came by to insure that the work was done to our satisfaction. They cost a bit more than some other services, but are worth the difference. They know what they are doing and do it well. They cleaned up well after the work but forgot to blow off the roof as they had agreed to. There were a couple of areas where they did not removed the debris from the roof, but it was easy for me to blow off myself. All in all, I was very pleased. The men doing the work were all very nice. We will use them again in the future.

Schneider's Tree Service is well known and respected for being competent and professional. They are not going to be the low cost option but there is value in their service. Their staff is always polite and there is a high trust factor that they will do the work right.

They had good equipment, and the skill of the workers was extraordinary. Little damage was done to lawn and shrubbery, and they left no mess.

I am fortunate to have several very large old trees near my house. Recently we have had some large limbs break and fall, and decided that we needed to see what would need to be done to reduce the possibilty of future damage. One tree seemed to have issues with possible disease. Because I consider these trees valuable, I wanted expert care, not just tree-trimmers. I chose Schneider Tree Care for several reasons. First, they responded quickly to my call, even though they were very busy, and told me up front that it would be at least three weeks until I could get work done. Still, they could send someone to see if they could help with what I wanted. The next day they sent a Certified Arborist to give my free estimate. I was surprised at the result. I had expected to be given expensive options for one tree which appears diseased, and was told there was nothing to be done at this time, but to keep an eye on it, and make some simple changes in the land around it. That in the future there were some things that could be tried but for now, it could be left alone. The other trees were top heavy, had numerous broken branches/limbs, and one was way too close to the power line. So I got the estimate for taking three large trees to where they should be for the health of the tree, and cabling one that had potential to drop limbs on the house in a storm. I understood the cable would be more for my peace of mind than that the tree was likely to do that once trimmed. I am very pleased. The trees look MUCH happier, and I'm satisfied I got my money's worth. Yes, Schneider was the most expensive esimate I got. I fell it was a case of "you get what you pay for". At every meeting, they listened to me, and when I asked that they do a bit more on a tree, they did it quickly and cheerfully. They explained why the trees needed the care given when I asked. They certainly sent qualified personnel all around, and did what they promised, when they promised. They cleaned up beautifully, and actually left things better than they found them. I highly recommend them.

Have used Schneider in the past (2009) and was pleased. In May, 2013, Estimator came to meet us and we discussed removing 3 trees and pruning two Japanese maples. By the time the crew arrived, we added in two more trees. The work was done efficiently and timely. Price was as we estimated, and would definitely use them again.

Once the work was requested, they came well within the expected timeframe, performed the job very professionally and cleaned up afterwards. First an arborist came out to discuss the work to be done. He was prompt, courteous, and helpful, and quick to respond to later questions. He provided a detailed proposal of the work to be done, and marked all the trees to be removed. On the date the work was done, the crew arrived on time, and did a fine job. We watched them as they worked, and noticed that they cleaned up as they went along! They were careful of the yard itself, making sure they didn't cause any damage. They worked together efficiently and carefully, wearing protective gear and safely managing their equipment. We were very pleased with them.
