They did a horrible job. They did not know what they were doing , did not know how to make simple cuts , , did not bring tools with them some of the time. Delivered my lumber to the wrong address and then tried to tell me that my husband did not know his own address. He husband has lived at this address his whole life. He was born on this land. It belonged to his grandparents. He is 63 years so I think we know where we live. He was born in this house. They had to go get my lumber from another house that it was delivered to, that set us back a whole day. I gave 2000.00 for treated lumber. NOT TREATED . I told the owner when we did the contract that I wanted the flooring to be screwed down, not nailed. He said that,it would cost another 150.00 to use screws. O.k. I give him 150.00. DID HE USE SCREWS. NO . HE DID NOT... When they were going to put the deck flooring down they did not measure it to go on the 2×10 floor joist under the deck ..They put nails in the floor boards and some missed the joist so they started boaing-up. My husband and I had to buy 2×10 lumber and put under the deck and buy screws and screw down all of this decking boards . Where the lumber was not joined correctly we had to put clamps and screw down EVERYWHERE. BOARDS ARE SPLITTING. RAILS ARE SPLITTING. BOARDS ARE BO-UP. We put Thompson water seal and Thompson stain, I did not want to stain this deck but I did not have a choice if I do not want to have to replace the deck next year. I should not have had to replace the deck in years and years and years. But, the way this deck is, I WILL be lucky if we get another year before we have to replace this deck. I know we will have to replace some of the spindles,and some of the floor boards.some of the boards are so split that I am afraid that they will brake all the way through. This should not be. DO NOT HIRE MASTER BUILDERS... NEVER...NEVER...NEVER...JUST COME LOOK AT MY DECK IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT IT...

My husband and I have been under contract with this company for five months for an addition that was supposed to take a maximum of two. At this point, it is framed in and the roof is done...we still have broken windows that need to be replaced and nothing else is complete. We have a contract but the owner is constantly looking to get additional money for the project. He tells us he will be out to work on it and doesn't show...again and again. Meanwhile the owner knows that our daughter is sleeping on a cot in the living room while she waits for her bedroom to be constructed. We were told he would have her room done by Christmas and signed a contract that it would be done no later than the 15th of January. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy! Please buyers beware!!!
