+ 0 moreIra and his team were absolutely wonderful, reliable and professional. He always showed up when expected, responded to concerns and did quality work. What always impressed me with Ira is that he would always come out, when not called, to review and make sure his work was sufficient. I can't tell you how many times he was in my yard, without me expecting him to be there, in the middle of a thunderstorm looking at how his drainage plan/design was executed and functioning. His costs are competitive and very reasonable. What you get with Ira is quality, honesty and reliability with accountability. He is going to come back soon for another project I have. I have nothing but the utmost confidence in Ira and his team.
Description of Work: Ira has done a number of projects for me over the past few years. All of them have been fair large projects. My home had some major water and drainage issues that needed attention. Ira and his team addressed these issues for me. They were done in stages, but all problems were addressed. The largest of the projects included addressing standing water in my crawl space. Ira and his team had to dig out around my home, seal the foundation and add foundation drains. In addition, I had a large creek running through my property that was the result of rain water run off from surrounding homes and streets. Ira was able to add a large 30 inches corrugated pipe to collect this drainage. We were able to then reclaim a large portion of our backyard as there was no creek. Some surface water issues needed to be addressed with placement of some drains added to this system. Ira also did a full termite inspection and treatment.

Description of Work: Home repair services provided to the seller as a result of home purchase inspection. I was the buyer.

+ -1 moreOverall it was a good experience but I felt like like a more thorough job could've been done with a minimum amount of additional time expended. How ever right after they left we called them to come back to take a look at an obscure spot on foundation, they showed up in 15 min.
Description of Work: A inspection of the perimeter was done for termites and damage. An internal inspection of the hose was performed. And a review and cursory inspection of the roof and window frames has done. Estimates were for future work were competitively priced and the quoted time frame for the work to be preformed was reasonable.

+ -1 moreIra and his work crew came out and inspected the home for termites/moisture before we closed on it. He found evidence of active termites where another inspector had not. After we closed, he treated the house and repaired the damage to the garage area. The next week, I found another area that had been damaged previously but didn't have active termites; I called Ira, and he sent an employee over within hours to check it out and make sure it was not an active site. His judgment is good, his prices are reasonable, and he is trustworthy! We now have an annual bonded contract with him for termite control/repair. He has really put my mind to rest about termites because I trust his expertise and know that if anything does come up, he will be there at a moment's notice to handle it honestly and fairly.
Description of Work: termite/moisture inspection (no charge) repair of termite damage to garage and windowsill ($450) termite treatment on house ($125)
