Very well. He did more work at less than half the price of another plumber who did the identical work on another toilet last month.

We had an appointment scheduled ahead of time. They called prior to arriving to let me know they were on their way. They were friendly, professional and competent. Would definitely use again.

Two Gentlemen showed up on time. The new toilet was installed in no time and the old one was hauled away. The two water filters I purchased on Amazon were installed professionally. The entire job took less than an hour.

It was pretty good. They were unable to get one of the jobs done but the rest of them went in pretty good. One of the faucets was quite old and they did the best they could with it. We're going to have still had it looked at by somebody else. I don't know if I would use them again, it depends on what it was. I would look around; I would shop around.

My garbage disposal had been leaking and the leak had gotten worse. I am fairly handy but decided to hire someone for this job to save me from spending an entire Saturday under the sink. I contacted Ethical Plumbing on a Sunday, through their website, and was totally surprised to get a call the same day! We were able to schedule the work for later in the week. The plumbers called while en route and arrived exactly when they said they would. Very friendly and I enjoyed visiting with them. They needed to add a longer pipe, which I was not charged for. They quickly changed out the disposals and triple checked to make sure there were no leaks. Before leaving, I was shown the warranty card. Left the job site very clean. Work was done in about an hour.

They showed up on time, were extremely friendly, and performed the installation quickly and professionally.

Very well! The fellows fixed the leak under the sink and explained why it had happened in the first place. As far as the leaking faucet, they pointed out that the manufacturer would replace for free the problem parts and we could fix the issue at no cost... The water pressure and drainage issue was rectified as well. I will absolutely call them for any plumbing issues in the future !

They came out quickly and did a great job on the repair. They ended up replacing the accordion drain which always ran slowly and frequently clogged. Since the repair, the sink drain has run better than when we moved in! Nice guys who worked efficiently and explained what they were doing and why they were doing it throughout the process. I will be using them again for future plumbing needs.

He got it within a day and delivered it. I used them again to change out some toilets for me. I need to do some more work. I will use them definitely again. They were great, just great.

Ethical Plumbing was exactly what I was needing for this project. It was too much for me to handle by myself, but I couldn't afford to completely hire the work done. Dan worked with me coming out to my house many times before even starting work to offer advice on things I could do before he arrived to save me money. For example, I needed to have some concrete cut out and removed. He met with me and explained that while they could do that, I could save a lot of money by doing that myself (which I was happy to do.). Once the concrete was removed, he stepped in and reworked the old drain system to relocate the bathroom. He replaced some old cast iron drain with PVC in order to do this. He was always thoughtful about the process and included us in the decision making that came up as things changed. He was always willing to answer questions and accommodating of our changes in plans. In the end, we ended up reworking quite a bit of existing plumbing to gain more headroom and generally improve things. He also installed a bathtub, washer hookup, and replaced an outside faucet for me. I would highly recommend Ethical Plumbing without reservation to my friends and co-workers.

The guys showed up on time and were able to quickly determine the cause of my problem and correct it! They even gave me some tips on some things I could do myself that would save me money! They were very professional and I would definitely use them again.

The company showed up at my home first. I directed them to to my mother's home. He promptly fixed both toilets. My mother was happy with the work and the professional work.

Good people. Very nice and personable. Very prompt in responding to my phone call. Had same day service, which is unusual given how busy and popular they are! Will definitely call again when needed.

SET A APPOINTMENT LAST THURS AND NOBODY SHOWED UP. I CALLED THEM BACK AGAIN, AND THE SAID IT WOULD BE NEXT WED BEFORE THEY COULD SHOW UP TO FIX LEAK. I ENDED UP HAVE BENJAMIN FRANKLIN PLUMBING COME OUT ON SAT. SO I PAID $39.00 TO ANGIE LIST FOR NOTHING

Dan and Shawn are very friendly and honest professionals. They assessed all my plumbing issues and answered all of my questions. I was especially pleased when they informed me about free replacement parts, so I called the manufacturer right after they left and got the parts within a week. I've had some bad experiences in the past, so I am a super skeptical customer. They let me observe as they did their work and I appreciate how careful and thorough they were. Really glad I used this company and will call them again if I ever need plumbing services again.

Scheduled a appointment at the time I needed (9am), with a very personable secretary who I found out later is the owners wife. Daniel & his son Sean came over to repair my sink. They only charge a $29.00 service call which is quite reasonable. They looked at my defunct garbage disposal and quoted me a price. After removing it, they found it needed extra piping which they did not charge me for. Both were very friendly and speedily repaired my sink and cleaned up. I now have a plumber! Thank you guys!

I had these guys come out to look at some possible water damage and pipe leaks. They were great. They were professional, on time, and explained everything in detail. They didn't find any issues but more importantly, they didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I would highly recommend this company.

To start, the plumber threw in a very suspicious disclaimer about how things can go wrong that would drive the cost up. Without fail something went wrong where one of the plumbers damaged the shower faucet and piping to the point they had to cut into my wall to get the section of damaged piping out. They said it would cost 650 dollars to replace the entire shower fixture. I told them I had a brand new fixture I bought a year ago still in the box. The elder plumber said "great that will save time and money", but I could not use my master shower for 4 days regardless. They did not give a precise explanation as to why it could not be installed right then nor did they truly attempt to explain. When asked how the wall would be fixed the plumber stated "we will have a guy come in and fix that right up when we come back". When they returned they installed the new fixture and piping, but left the tub a complete mess and left scrap tubing from the cold water on the floor. When I asked about the approximately 15" x 15" hole in my master bedroom wall, the elder plumber stated, "we don't do that type of work, so you will need to call someone to come in and fix that". The younger plumber name dropped someone they work with often and that he repairs sheet rock. At this point I was furious because I was lied to about the repair to my wall which the plumbers destroyed. It also seemed like there buddy is called in to clean up their mess and to take more money from people like scam artists commonly do. Now I am left with this hole in my master bedroom wall and down several hundreds of dollars thanks to these guys. I will not recommend these guys to anyone. I feel cheated and deceived.

These guys were great! Very personable, and did a great job. I'll definitely use them in the future.

This is the second time we've used ethical plumbing. The first was to do a repair that was covered by our home warranty. After the plumber the warranty company selected found several items that needed to be fixed that weren't covered, we decided to get a second opinion. It ended up costing less with ethical plumbing than it would have under the warranty. This time they replaced the hot water heater and fixed a leaky bathroom sink. Both times we've used them they've been honest and professional. We will definitely use them again!
