They had it repaired in no time at all, and then made another repair to an outside dripping water faucet in the same general area for a very reasonable cost. Very pleasant people, polite and they sure know what they're doing. I was well pleased with their promptness, attitude, quality of work and price. I'll call them again when I need a plumber.

They were okay. I didn't do the work with them. They just came out and they really tried to up sale me which id did not appreciate. He just jotted down the price on a sheet of paper. Rather than just quoting what I wanted he tried to up sell me and it was unprofessional. I didn't call him back. It was a free estimate. I would say I wouldn't call him again.

The plumbers were very nice and didn't charge extra when he couldn't unstop toilet. We were told that we needed to replace the toilet. After talking with another plumber, we decided that minor changes would make it usable without the cost of replacing the entire toilet. It is old and slow but not unusable in a bathroom that gets only a little use. If we decide to replace it, we will call Ethical Plumbing back.

Excellent. They are now my plumber of choice. Very responsive, laid out the options, and did the work perfectly. Very pleased. Nice folks too. Very pleasant to work with.

Excellent work, prompt, would hire again

The scheduler called within minutes ( I wish my home warranty company was this reliable) and they showed up fast after I purchased the service and right on time. They made some excellent suggestions to improve the routing of the line and had it done quickly. My problem was solved. Ethical Plumbing is my go-to plumber going forward. I was expecting the bill to be at least $300. I was way under that number.

Fine but my rebate from my natural gas company was refused because he did not use an energy efficient model. Not a happy customer.

Service went extremely well, the guys performed all work as discussed, were clean, courteous, and professional. All work was completed and even made some adjustments to ensure proper fit of the toilet. The best part is they hauled away the old toilet and a pedestal sink I was getting rid of. They took the items to Habitat for Humanity which made the experience even better knowing that those items won't end up in a landfill but go to help others out. Their prices are reasonable and when Sean called me to inform me there was a billing error and that the charges would be left I was thankful again for such professionalism. A wonderful experience!

Very well-they came the very next day after I called, were polite, cleaned up, and showed me what they had done to verify that I was satisfied with the repair.

Both of the owners were polite and easy to work with. They showed up on time and did quality work to replace very poor work done by another plumber. They weren't the cheapest but you get what you pay for. I know after replacing three hot water heaters in 16 years.

Went well. It has been at least 5 months and we have had no other problems with the toilet.

We felt the cost for installing the toilets was too high, since we already had the toilets. They were installed perfectly, but there was putty tracked and left on the floor in both bathrooms

They came out said my pressure was fine, they stated call Angie's list and said to tell you to get a full refund and say they were never there.

Overall, excellent experience. I received a call from Tammy almost immediately after purchasing the Angie's List deal and she setup an appointment for the next day. Dan and Sean called about 20 minutes prior to the appointment, showed-up on-time and immediately went to work. Within about 30 minutes, they had the old disposal torn out and new one installed. They were very professional, did not try to up-sell us on any services we didn't need. Very pleased with the service and will definitely use again.

We call Dan at Ethical Plumbing. He took our call immediately and arrived within 15 minutes and shut off the water to our house to stop the leak. He then diagnosed the problem, which required an access panel to be cut in from the closet next to the shower. He gave us a quote of $850. He capped the pipe and turned on the water. He came the next day and fixed the problem. As he could do the job of less time than he had initially anticipated, he only charged me $308 instead of the $850. That is what I call an ethical plumber and I will continue to use his services in the future.

Advised that toilet actually needed replaced. After checking costs, I found they were very competitive and had them return to replace the toilet. Good work at fair price. Wife said they were very friendly.

In the process of fixing the slow draining sink they broke the Fawcett and made the sink leak. THEY said it must have been leaking prior. NO, it wasnt. Complained the entire time about Home Builders putting in Chinese fawcets so u can't get replacement parts. HE couldn't fix my leaking 'Chinese' shower head. Had to call a different plumber to come fix everything including the fawcet they broke. NEVER again! Quite unethical!

They were great. I was very satisfied with their work. I would recommend them.

We called in because we had water under the sink. Two Gentlemen arrived on time and detected that the disposer was leaking. They offered to install a new disposer and we agreed. BTW: The disposer - a Badger 5 - is one of the best on the market!

Ethical Plumbing was prompt, on time and did very competent work. The charges were on the high side with $39 I paid to Angie's List I say $15 over his retail price, which was around $230 or something like that to reset our toilet. I do think that had I shopped it other plumbers I would have gotten the better deal it may have been little bit more inconvenient for me and that is ended in nutshell. I would certainly consider using Ethical Plumbing again because like I said I had no problem with the quality of his work and his demeanor and punctuality. He did what he said he was going to do when he said he would do it.

They were prompt, reasonably priced, knowledgeable, and completed the job in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, and I would definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs.
