Description of Work: Over all the service was good and within the stated time frame. One of the things I needed done could not be addressed because the parts would have to have been ordered. I made it clear to the person handling the call that I wanted it all done in one service call. I paid Angie's list $39 for the service call and was given $25 credit per the deal. I still wound up paying $164 + $39 = $203 for a faucet to be installed. I highly doubt either of my regular plumbers would have charged that much; yet, there are some who may have charged more. It took less than an hour. To his credit, if I want him to do the other job, he said he would not charge for the service call.

Description of Work: The deal was $25 off $50 of plumbing work. I wasn't expecting a bill for $85 in addition, just to unclog a bathtub. It took 5 minutes and they found 2 pieces of plastic blocking the drain. No snaking, nothing beyond what you could see.

Description of Work: Replaced some old plumbing fixtures in basement.

Description of Work: The plumber was very knowledgeable and replaced a cast iron drain with PVC in an old house. He also installed and leveled a toilet on a sloping floor and several other smaller plumbing items we needed. The work went very well and we were pleased with everything. Good company.

At that point, they informed me that they do not provide the particular service that I needed (drain clearing) and said that I could request a refund for my purchase. The person I spoke with was exceptionally kind, helpful, and polite, and it was an entirely pleasant experience. Thank you!

Description of Work: Ethical Plumbing was called to replaced two outside water faucet receptacles - a job that was performed quickly and expertly. They were prompt and very friendly. Even added an inside shutoff valve at no extra cost. I will definitely call them again for plumbing help. Highly recommended.
