Please remove this review… we talked with your assistant on 3 occasions who gave us the info on your tenant that needed the work done. We left 2 messages for your tenant without return call, we called your assistant back to explain that our company was on vacation the following week and would be happy to get it resolved before we left, however could not get in touch with the tenant to schedule. Your assistant said she would personally contact the tenant, since it was her best friend, and get back to us for scheduling…and have not heard back. We work with several property management companies and many investors offering tenant scheduling services. We have tried to schedule, without response, and have communicated with your staff, however cannot complete the service without an appointment. Please call us at 864-438-0525 to discuss, we would be happy to help.

Description of Work: I'd purchased an Angie's List deal ($39) for a service call +$25 credit towards any repair. (My toilet had been running.) The plumber explained that "the guts" (flap, etc.) needed to be replaced. (He had the same toilet, and while it's very effective, the high-force flush puts excessive pressure on factory parts.) Everything went smoothly. I was contacted almost immediately after buying the Angie's List deal & was able to get an appointment within two business days. The plumber called me before arriving, as I was told he would do, and the repair itself was straightforward. After the $25 credit was applied, I owed $114 for parts & labor on the replacement. I appreciated being given the estimate upfront -- i.e., after he had inspected the toilet.
