Very well. They came out to look at it and recommended we purchase the parts needed to help save us money. They came back later and installed the parts for us. Everything is working fine.

The response to my call was prompt and very friendly-I chose this provider based on the "ethical" part of the name. Unfortunately, I had to suggest where and what the leaks may be-having to tell them to cut out some drywall to determine the leak. That job was completed with very little safety. As it turns out, only one problem was isolated, and for that I paid $229 for a shower diverter. A shower diverter costs $4-$6 at Depot. The drywall was not repaired, and there was another leak that was not detected for which I hired another plumber to repair. While the owner and his assistant were very personable, I felt taken advantage of

Very well. Prices were quoted up front and that's what was charged. If something didn't need to be done, they would tell the price but also that it was not necessary at this time.

Our water pressure was immediately corrected. Unfortunately, this caused a new problem with our irrigation system. They immediately responded, knowing the issue and resolved that for us as well.

We were not happy, so called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing instead and they fixed it right. :-)

I had to call them out again to refix the leaks. My leaks were not fixed by this company. The technician said he could not fix the leaks. I got the impression that the guy had little knowledge of the plumbing trade. I had to call another plumber to fix these leaks. I will never call Ethical Plumbing again.

Good supervision, friendliness and competency

I originally hired him to fix the low pressure in the kitchen sink. He said it just needed a faucet. He said if we bought one, he would install it for a fee. He wasn't going to charge me for the visit. But, then I asked him if he would check an outside faucet that wasn't working. He found the problem and fixed it quickly. It was actually a part that another plumber installed a year ago. The part had failed.

I don't know about pricing but they didn't do that much and it was pretty expensive. They were very responsive. It took about 20 minutes for two people to complete job. They were professional.

We were very happy with them. They waived the service call fee. It was nice. We didn't have to replace any parts. They were just super nice. There were 2 workers. They were here about an hour. You would have never known they were here.
