We are not sure why you gave us a “C” rating for quality, we pride ourselves on the quality of our workmanship (which is guaranteed) and you acknowledged written satisfactory completion on your invoice. Description of Work: Ethical Plumbing came and found that I had a leak from a 45 year old valve stem and they did not have a replacement. Instead of insisting that I update my complete faucet system, they took pictures of the valve stem and were able to find a match. They returned two weeks later with the new stem and were able to repair my leaky faucet saving me about 500.00. I really appreciate honest people and would highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: Unblocked toilet, replaced trap in sink. I ran late and they waited for me. Very nice and took care of everything well and quickly. BUT - why is plumbing stuff that is so quick so expensive? Electricians I've used charge by the hour plus supplies.

Description of Work: Main reason for call was retained washer in dishwasher related to disposal connection. Seemed uninterested or unable to investigate this to any degree. Likewise with frig water dispenser. Gave no advice or referrals for these problems. |They did changeout kitchen faucet and add desired water filter without any issues.

Description of Work: We were very impressed from the very first contact. Instead of waiting all day for them to show up between "9 and 5" we were given a two hour window and they called to say exactly when they would arrive. The two men who came to assess the problem were very professional and were right on time. When they returned to install some new faucets and a new water heater it was only 4 business days later, they called when they were on their way, worked efficiently, cleaned up and were wonderful to work with. I would absolutely recommend them.
