I heard from Ethical the following day and made an appt. They told me they would be at my home between 10 a.m. and noon. They arrived at 10:20 which floored me! They investigated the problem and were able to come up with an affordable solution and proceeded to fix the problem faucet. I found Dan and his son Shawn to be personable as well as total professionals and I highly recommend them. Should I have anymore plumbing problems I won't hesitate to call them back.

They were very courteous and let me know that they couldn't perform the service I needed unfortunately and recommend that you call an appliance technician for the work.

Made it here in half hour. Very knowledgeable and had part on his truck.

The two people that came out were professional and worked pretty quickly. However, there was a "surprise" $39 service charge in addition to the deal. The drain pipe has held up fine since they came out to do the work.

Punctual...Fast Service...Friendly Disposition...Great Quote....A+ Dan and his son Sean came to my home with great attitudes and smiles. They were really knowledgeable and helped me see that the garbage disposal had cracked in multiple places due to age and was currently blasting residue all over the underside of the sink. He luckily had the upgraded version of my unit and its necessary pipes in his truck, so Dan gave me a quote and his son replaced the unit/pipes in about an hour! The original quote was $308 but through Angie's List I was able to find a discount voucher for this company's services and that made the bottom line less. This really helps me see the value in Angie's List. I have saved this company to my favorites since I know I will be using them again for any plumbing needs.

Toilet was twisted at base causing a leak. First contact was made through Angie's List messaging system on August 25th and received a quick response. Then spoke with their office manager by phone same day who provided great customer service and being clear on potential charges. A service call was scheduled for the 27th with a two hour window for arrival time. Dan (owner) gave a courtesy call during the two hour window informing me of a more exact time and called again when they were on route. Dan and his assistant arrived on time and upfront informed me in writing the service call charge and standard repair charge in writing, They listened to my explanation of what had happened and then examined the toilet for themselves. They found what needed to be replaced and proceeded to install new wax ring and plastic bolts to secure and reseat toilet. After the repair they adequately tested the toilet's function and checked for potential leaks underneath floor. They also cleaned up after themselves. Dan clearly set expectations, communicated well, and was nice and professional. Very impressed with their service and will use them again if needed.

Ethical plumber came out the first time and told me how to get free replacement parts. Came out the second time open up the valve and suggested I call the builder. The builder plumber had screw up the valve. Ethical Plumber only charged me $25 total even though they had came out twice. I will be using Ethical plumber in the future. They were very helpful

Fantastic! Dan has done numerous jobs at my house since he started his business. I have been completely satisfied every time. He is honest, dependable, and has a great deal of knowledge. I refer him to friends and neighbors constantly. Every other year, Dan comes out to flush my water heater. While he was here last time, he was nice enough to fix a small clogged drain. I really appreciated his help! Tammy, office manager, is also wonderful. She is very customer service driven and willing to help me with small things that come up. This is a great company from initial contact to service completion. If you use Ethical Plumbing, you will not be sorry.

The provider was very punctual and very nice. The provider was very thorough with the inspection. The problem that I have is that I signed up for a specific special and was under the impression the service was for a specific price but when it was time to pay there was an extra $29 added to the special price because of the service fee. This was not told to me when I scheduled the appointment and when I asked the scheduler about the forms of payment accepted. This piece of the provided service discouraged me from using this company again because I was not informed of this fee when I scheduled my service. Great job done but just did not like the added hidden fee.

Great. Came on time and was able to find the problem and fix same day. Im updating this review because after the company left that day my sink was still leaking. They came back the next day and realized what they fixed was not the problem, I needed a new facet. They agreed to come back AGAIN to replace that but I would need to pay their service charge. I don’t think I should have been charged ANOTHER service charge since it was their mistake they didn’t see the correct problem the first day.

How'd it go? Great! They were on time, loved on my dog (she adores them despite being afraid of her own shadow)...answered a few other questions I had, and were very polite and courteous. I have used them in the past for installation of an ADA-height toilet in my guest bath, as well as garbage disposal replacement. If I ever need them, I know they will be there! ~JW

The water heater went out at my home. I was referred to this company by a friend. I contacted their office and explained that I have a small child and we were out of hot water. They scheduled to replace my water heater the very next day, which was a Saturday. Dan arrived on time and did great work. He expalined everything he was doing for us and we felt very comfortable we had made the right choice. Ethical Plumbing should give lessons to other companies on how to do business and treat their companies. They were very helpful and will get my repeat business. Great company.
