It was fine. The whole installation was expensive. I would recommend them as they were fine.

Removed copper line and replaced with high grade flex pipe. Will be able to extend line out for repair if ever damage at faucet. new line is for capability to expand where the copper can not.

I'm very impressed with this company. They came very quickly, did excellent work, were very courteous and the price was very good. I have used them before and was also pleased then. I will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs. You can't go wrong with Ethical Plumbing; they are the best.

Outstanding across the board. They were prompt and extremely helpful. They cleaned up after themselves. They gave me a recommendation on the type of faucet to get. They were absolutely positively great. If I have any more plumbing to use, I would absolutely recommend them for anything. They were superb. The price was very reasonable for what they did. With regard to punctuality, they were right here.

The work done was fine. They sent two people out, they did some good. They cleaned up before they left. The only thing that really bothered me was the price, the deal wasn't very good.

They came with all necessary replacement parts for toilet and installed a new faucet that I had purchased from Home Depot. All the work was done excellently and I was very satisfied.

They arrived 30 minutes after I called, showed me what they would do and told my how much it would cost, and they were done in 30 minutes. Great service, good people, will use them again if I need any other plumbing services.

Father-son team was very professional. On time, courteous, cleaned up after themselves, and showed me the quick fixes in the manual. Would definitely use this team again!

They were on time and polite. He looked at a leaky pipe under the sink in the bathroom and determined it could not be repaired without ripping out walls and redoing the entire plumbing. I paid $36 through Angie's List as a and quot;Special Dealand quot; for a plumbing service call with $25.00 towards repair. I won't make the and quot;Special Dealand quot; mistake again. By the way, I had a different plumber come to fix the dishwasher a month later. After he fixed the dishwasher, he looked at the leaking sink (which had been out of commission since prior to the visit by Ethical Plumbing),and he repaired it in about 10 minutes. No leaks since. Because of this I would never be able to recommend and quot;Ethicaland quot; plumbing to a friend.

The technicians were pleasant and were very knowledgable. The work appears to have been done well. My biggest issue is around the invoice. There was no real itemized breakdown of materials/labor.

Dan and his co-worker showed up between the time frame that was scheduled and called an hour ahead of time telling me that they were on their way. They were both very nice and professional guys and got the work done in about an hour. The quality and workmanship appears to be top notch. I had a question about the water pressure in my sink being low and they even checked the water pressure coming into the house for me before wrapping up. I'll definitely be calling on Dan and Ethical Plumbing again when their services are needed.

I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from Ethical Plumbing. They were on time, did outstanding work and were friendly and professional. I am one happy customer and I highly recommend this company.

After speaking with the service provider, I was unhappy with their prices, so I elected to complete the repair myself. They wanted $130 minimum just to unclog a bathroom sink drain! I was able to fix the problem in 30 minutes (the catch was clogged with solid debris) and it cost me nothing, not even any new parts. I only wish there would have been more user ratings that would have warned future customers of their pricing.

we used a coupon that we bought for something like 50 and then also paid the 60....far too expensive for a few minutes. would like to have them come back when we are in need, at a more reasonable price.

With the Angie's promotion provider, inspection and suggestion cost $8.00. As minimal repairs could be scheduled today. Another plumber performed the minor repairs for $65.00. Rest of repairs scheduled for later date.

I received an honest assessment of the issues and the expense I would be in for the necessary repairs/ remodeling. I would recommend ethical plumbing to others.

The work was done and i thought it was a little pricey. His wife called and told me the had made an hour and refunded me back $54. They were very honest and nice.

When I called I told them I had a Moen shower faucet and a Kohler toilet that needed repairs. They said no problem, we have parts for both. When the plumber took apart the the shower faucet, he said and quot;I don't have a cartridge for this, you will have to call Moen and get it from them. I can't fix it.and quot; He looked at the Kohler toilet and said and quot;I've never seen anything like this. It can't be fixed.and quot; Then he tried to sell me a $300 toilet. I showed him the very simple repair that was necessary and after some coaching and explaining how it worked, he was able to put in the replacement part that I provided. The entire job was a complete waste of time and money. I will never use these people again.
