Description of Work: Needed them to confirm a leak from the toilet. When it was confirmed that there wasnt one and it came from the shower. They didnt charge me for the visit and let me keep for coupon for another visit if I need it.

Description of Work: They removed a kitchen faucet and were unable to install the replacement due to a missing washer. The washer was taped to the hose within an inch of where it was to be installed. I am unable to get under the sink so when my wife returned from a visit with her daughter she looked under the sink, saw the washer and finished the installation..

Description of Work: Dan installed a water main cut-off valve with easy access instead of having to crawl under my house or running down to road to turn off the water in an emergency. Both him and his son were very polite and they went out of their way to do a neat job, they explained my options and costs up front and I'd highly recommend them.

Description of Work: The work was done well and the person who scheduled the appointment was most pleasant. Make sure to clarify the cost UP FRONT and to be aware of the service fee to come out to your property. I also was charged $75 to drill one hole in my sink. When I questioned this, I was told was a reduced fee over the regular cost.
