Work was completed quickly, no complaints and I was updated every step of the way. I didn't expect them to power-wash it a few days prior so that was a nice surprise.

Clean Verde did a wonderful job. Friendly, very professional, responsive and the work was beyond my expectations. My home looks brand new. A++ from a very picky person!!!!

One man came to pressure wash. He did a fantastic job! The rusty stain was totally removed and the mold. Our house never looked better. We will definitely use Clean Verde again. They are punctual, professional and get the job done!

I wanted to give this company a good review because they are nice folks who I think pride themselves on good work but../ Showed up a day late for first appt. then couldn't complete the work because our windows didn't work with their equipment. Then didn't call to schedule for 3 weeks. Finally we called again and then they called back with an appt. Called then on the day of that appt when they didn't show and they couldn't come until the next day. Then flooded the living room floor and area rug with the window washer because our windows are old and don't seal. They help us carry the rug out so that it could dry outside. Unfortunately, we have to wash the insid windows again because of dirty ips from the outsideł.

They gave me the best price, and put a seal on to protect from mold. They did a wonderful job. Very clean, very neat and very well dressed. He is very professional.

It went really well. They need to come over because I had a problem with one of my downspout and everything is already fix and working really well today.

Project was done on time. Team was very courteous. One drain had to be redone after the next rain storm.

They were courteous and did a very good job. The back of our house is two stories and they had no problem getting to those gutters. They took before and after photos of gutters. They not only scooped out years of debri but they pressure washed them them out also. I will hire them again in the future.

The service performed met my expectations. They did not come at the time originally agreed upon, but they did call and let me know that they had a scheduling conflict. It did not create an inconvenience for me.

I'll let you know the next time it rains. Not climbing up on ladder to check. Was promised several times would receive before and after photos. Has been 2 weeks and have not seen them yet.

He did a really good job. He did everything he said he was going to do at a very reasonable cost. He was actually 20 minutes late but he called two hours prior and said that so I was fine with that.

I called and the call was answered promptly. We made an appointment for an estimate the next day. Never heard from them again. No call, no voice mail.

Absolutely terrific. Ed and his folks are great. Very professional and thorough. really pays attention to detail. Original work was to clean the gutters but decided to have them wash the house and pressure wash / stain the deck.. Highly recommend them.

Clean Verde did an amazing job cleaning our siding, roof, shed, decking, windows, concrete patio and concrete sidewalk. I am amazed that the house, built in 1980, looks new! I am so pleased to have the roof shingles clean again and I am absolutely astounded by the intense, deep cleaning we now enjoy. Ed Gomez is professional, friendly, dependable, very well informed and intelligent. I can't imagine having found a better person to do this work for us. I did not expect the exceptional service and outcome. I highly recommend Clean Verde...well worth the investment!

Just like with my fiancé 's house that Clean Verde cleaned in Feb 2016, it is unbelievable how much brighter and cleaner the house & gutters are now. And we were very pleased with the way the concrete and paver areas around the pool came clean. Ed has always been very professional and prompt with his contact and it is a pleasure to deal with a business with such professionalism. We left the driveway and front walks for cleaning later until we finish mulching. Will have Clean Verde/Ed Gomez to come back toward end of May. You will not be disappointed with using Clean Verde.

I'm extremely pleased with the house wash project that Clean Verde completed 2/26/16. The project was my fiancé's 2 story house, gutters, and a separate workshop. Just from the street alone, it is amazing how much brighter and newer looking the house looks! And when you look up close, you won't be disappointed. I plan on using Clean Verde again in the future.

Excellent service and courteous workers. Would definitely use them again and recommend them, too! The washed the entire exterior of our home including windows inside and out, flagstone patio and cement patio, gutters and deck hand rails and spindles. Very happy with the work! They were very detailed oriented.
