+ -1 moreHe is a pretty good guy. He still does the work here in the neighborhood. He does everything. He is really good at granite countertops and new kitchen. He is good at tile work. The price was really good for the amount of work he did. He did a lot of tile work. I paid for the materials. He was excellent. He did exactly what he was going to do and that was a good thing. He fulfilled his commitment. He is really good at what he does. He got a clear understanding of what I wanted to do. He listened to what I had to say. He did what I expected. I didn't think I was overcharged for what was done. He did a really great job. He was here when he said he would be here and he was here every day until the job was done. He came out for several weeks. He was here on time. He worked till 5 or 6'o clock and he would pick it up the next day. He was very good. He did what he said he was going to do. I was impressed with the overall job he did. I got him to other people who had high expectation also. He is a pretty straightforward individual. I got what I paid for.
Description of Work: Brian Corlett tiled one bathroom and tore out the other one. I had a tub in there and he pulled that out. He put in all new shower, ceramic tile, new floor, new tile on the wall, and fixtures.

March of 2025 will begin my 28th year being self employed and I've never advertised. I'm very GOLDEN RULE.... Do unto others what you'd have them do unto you. ENTIRELY HONEST. I have accounts and get prices better than most can pay for.... I just asked to be reimbursed of materials I actually purchase. I TRULY WORK EVERY DAY... AS IF IT WERE MY OWN HOME!! 27 years of referrals if you'd like. I do have skills most people don't have. I do all my own electrical, plumbing, hvac, gas connections, I also have my own custom cabinet shop!! I Don buy cabinets... I MAKE EVERYTHING FROM SCRATCH! I'm a very good listener, im a list person so ... once I get on ur wave lenth.... I can literally make or do ANYTHING!! So once I understand ur desires... ican Definitely... probably...exceed ur hopes and desires. I've now done 17 custom kitchens!! Ive also done 8 home additions!! Removing load bearing walls...Florida rooms... custom decks of course...
