 + -1 moreThe job was completed to my satisfaction and I demand professional results. Professionals did an outstanding job although one subcontractor was replaced.. The best thing I can say is he made it wright and that is all anyone can expect. Thanks for a job well done.
Description of Work: removed linoleum in tiled laundry room plus two bathrooms and screwed subfloor to joists that had not been done correctly when house was built. Installed.vapor barrier under home. Removed carpet in three rooms and screwed down the sub floor to the joists. went under house and screwed .from joist to subfloor to stop many loud cracking and quacking. It is now a pleasure to walk through the house and not hear the floor cracking sound.

 + -1 moreOur hardwood floor was urine stained in many places due to the dogs of an irresponsible tenant. Tommy Bagwell arrived at the agreed upon time to evaluate the job and provide an estimate for the work. We agreed that he would replace the stained oak floor boards and sand and refinish the entire floor of the apartment. Before beginning the work a great deal of heavy furniture had to be relocated to the second floor. After beginning the work we discovered that the flooring was a manufactured product and could not be replaced easily. Tommy suggested bleaching the stains to see how they turned out before attempting to replace the boards. After sanding the floor the stains were not visible so we decided to just sand and refinish and not bleach the wood. We discussed the types of finishing products and Tommy suggested that I do some research on the internet in order to decide on which I prefered. After checking I decided on a particular brand and type of finish, Bona Traffic which was rated highly. After deciding on a stain color and staining the floor four coats of finish were applied. We waited a day before bringing the furniture down. The floor looks great! It looks even better than when it was new. Tommy Bagwell was very honest and up front with me in discussing all the job related issues. The final price was very reasonable after deducting the credit for the boards that did not have to be replaced. Bagwell Custom Floors did a fantastic job and we are very pleased and would highly recommend them and would certainly use them again in the future.
