They did a really good job.

Our insurance company paid for a new roof after it was determined that we sustained hail damage. We selected Allcon to do the work after seeing that they had good reviews on Angie's List. They started the job less than a week later and finished in less than three days. They tore off the old roof down to the sheathing and installed new roofing felt, new vent boots and flashings, and new 30 year architectural shingles. From start to finish the process was painless. Jeff, the sales rep, was polite, prompt and professional. The installation crew were true craftsman and did an beautiful job. They meticulously cleaned up afterwards. It was refreshing to see workers that took pride in their work after seeing so much shoddy workmanship in the area. I would wholeheartedly recommend Allcon to anyone needing roofing work.

We decided not to go with them because of the price. They were very professional. They met the appointment schedules as promised and were diligent about their returned calls. They weren’t pushy.

I contacted AllCon on 8/3/2010 after noticing water damage in master bedroom. Jason Mayberry responded that day, inspected the roof and confirmed noticable hail damage. I then contacted insurance adjuster who made an appointment two days later. Mr. Mayberry returned to meet with us. Damage was verified. At that point, all I had to do was decide on type of shingles and Allcon did the rest. I was extremely satisfied with their representative and his concern that the job be completed as soon as possible , with the best product and a great crew completing the job. From first contact to completed job was 10 days. One of the best companies I have dealt with.

I left a message for them looking for an estimate to re-roof our house. Of the 5 companies I checked with, they were the least impressive. It took a week for them to get back to me, the estimator that came out was extremely unprofessional. The estimate consisted of a number scribbled on a piece of notebook paper, with no details as to what it was for. On top of all that, the estimate was also higher than most. I would not bother to call them out for an estimate again.

We have no complaints whatsoever! From the time we met with the sales manager to the beginning of the job was only one week. This was in direct comparison to the original roofing contractor we intended to use, who apparently got enough work that they quit returning our calls, even after we signed an agreed-upon estimate. The only explanation I can come up with is that we decided to pursue a historic preservation tax credit, and therefore the job got a little more complex, but not significantly so. This was never a concern for AllCon, and they handled the job beautifully and addressed all our needs on the preservation aspect with good attention to detail. They did the entire job in three days. The previous contractor estimated a week or longer to perform the same job. Every night when finishing up, the crew cleaned up thoroughly, which was important to us as we have small children and they were very careful to sweep multiple times to try to get every nail. After the job was done, the cleanup was impeccable - in a week's time, I've only found two nails. They even stacked up the bricks we requested be kept from the chimneys we dismantled, as we intend to use them in the future. Both the sales manager and his boss came by to see the progress of the job and the results upon completion, and to ask if we had any concerns or further questions. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of work and responsiveness, and likely will give AllCon first shot at doing the siding replacement project we will undertake in the future.

Our subdivision was in the path of a hail storm in late March. Our house, like most in the area, experienced some hail damage and qualified for a roof replacement compliments of our insurance company. Their salesperson met with us and the insurance adjuster to help arrange for replacement. The workers completed the job in two very long, hot days. They picked up their mess and seemed careful to not damage anything. The job appears to be good quality. The only negative is that their scheduling seems somewhat hectic and disorganized. This is possibly a result of being too busy.

I am a hairdresser and I have recommended them to everyone that has talked about roofing. He came out and gave us a quote and was extremely professional. The quote was laid out in laymen's terms. Everybody else just brought me out a paragraph. I was so impressed. There were five guys that came to do the work. They came out of the truck and put on their tool belts and before I even introduced myself to the foreman, those guys were already putting shingles in the dumpster. I have never seen anybody work like they did and it was finished at the end of the day. They put tarps completely around my house and they took leaf blowers and completely cleaned up. I only found two nails in my yard since they finished. They did a wonderful, wonderful job. I will sing their praises forever. They did a beautiful job and it looks fantastic. He told me things about roofing that I never even knew. He was very helpful and it is a beautiful job. My neighbors have even complimented it. I had gotten four quotes. I went with him because of his professionalism and the way he put it out. It was just perfection.

I met with Craig Perfect, the owner, and he said I'd receive a call from one of his employees to schedule an appointment. A few days later, I received the call and scheduled an inspection for Friday 6/25/2010 at Noon. The inspector arrived about ten minutes early and completed the inspection in under 15 minutes. He found no hail damage so there is no work to perform. However, I was impressed with their professionalism and would have no reservations on hiring them.
