Robbie was excellent and found the source of a problem that my previous heating/air contractors missed.

Travis was our technician. He was thorough, knowledgeable, explained everything in detail and gave us some pointers on how to improve our system. We are waiting to get an estimate on the work but will seriously consider using this company as they were quite impressive.

Bentley's responded quickly explained repair and completed. When I had an issue with repair immediately sent someone out and corrected. System working great. They advised me a part was under warranty and charge for labor only. Really pleased and would recommend to others and plan to use in future.

Excellent - took time to listen to our concerns/issues with the current system and to suggest and implement improvements. So many providers compete on cost alone and avoid 'extra' work that might complicate the job. Bentley's did not push me to do extra work but also listened and responded positively to addressing concerns. Very satisfied.

We've used them a lot and they are really good. We've used them twice. They knew that ya'll had a discount on your website and they knew we had Angie's list, so he gave us that discount without us even showing it to him or anything. They were really easy to work with. They are a very good price for sure. They just had a guy come out and gave us a quote then he quit. Then the owner actually came out and gave us another estimate. Nobody ever called when that guy never showed up.

Repairman cleaned the system, crawled under the house and cleaned evaporator coils. It does not appear that he flushed the line. A/C is working better, but still freezing up on very hot days.

I really had no idea it was going to cost so much and I was not told I would be paying the technician the full amount. I really wish I had been given some more information about the potential cost while I was scheduling the appointment and that full payment would be due and collected on-site. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional in performing the service.

I was very impressed. I was ready to go with them until I last minute was referred to someone else. They are certainly on my list to call if needed.

Awesome! I called and Sandy answered (extremely friendly and professional) and got a guy (Gary) out within an hour. Gary was very professional also, knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. He got it fixed and cooling our house again just in time for the 100 degree weekend. Thanks Gary!!!

I sent a message through Angies List and they responded almost immediately. I was called and given a 30 minute window of their arrival, plus the technician's name. Then the technician called me when he was on his way. He talked to me then went to work and immediately diagnosed the issue (chipmunk chewed the wiring argh!). He gave me a quote which I felt was quite reasonable and the repair only took about 45 minutes. After that, we spoke further about the Hvac (it's pretty old), he said it seems to be running well but obviously has some age to it. He advised I don't need it replaced but may want to consider some ongoing maintenance. He was nice and professional and answered all of my dumb questions. I would definitely call them again.

Those guys were really helpful. They came out at the last minute and took care of us. They were very good. They were prompt, told us exactly what they needed to do, did exactly what they needed to do and charged us exactly what they quoted us.

We live overseas, so our entire transaction took place via telephone. The people at Bentley were friendly, helpful, proactive and professional. The job was done quickly and to our tenants' satisfaction.

I came home on Thursday evening to a hot house. I called Bentley's and spoke to Sandy. It was after hours, but she said she would call Mike, and he should be out shortly. Mike arrived about 30 minutes later, and tested the unit. After replacing several less expensive parts first, he determined that the unit, which was 20 years old, was bad. He explained what would need to be done, and I agreed to have him put in the new unit. He had his guys out the next morning, and they replaced the heat pump quickly. His installers were polite and courteous, and worked quickly. I would highly recommend Bentley's Heating and Air.

The guys did a great job. Mike was very responsive and accommodating. The work proposal was customized based on our particular needs and the conditions in the building. A new zone board and a bypass dumper were included in the installation to increase the system efficiency. We were given a discount for selecting the payment in full option. The guys stayed until late in the evening to make sure everything was working properly. Overall, we're very satisfied with the service provided and would recommend Bentley's to our neighbors and friends without any hesitation.

They were great. I called about 9am and they were at the home by noon (they probably would have come sooner, but I requested noon), and had the problem fixed shortly thereafter. The capacitor at one of my rental homes had gone bad, and it affected both A/C units. They didn't try to sell me anything extra, and didn't try to convince me that both A/C units needed to be replaced. They just quickly fixed the issue for a fair price, and that's exactly what I needed. One more thing was that my A/C unit had a unique capacitor, so they didn't have it in the truck and had to drive all the way back across town to get one. They took it in stride and said it was all part of what they do. Just a really cool company to deal with.

I called Mike early one morning and left a message to inquire about his service that was on Angie's List. He called me back within 10 minutes ( it took that long because his office was not open when I called). I told him that this service needed to be done right away because it was at a rental property and they had no heat. He went that day to look at the problem and called me back in just a few hours. He said that because the unit was as old as it was that he was not able to get parts that were not original equipment parts but had gone to his provider and they had parts in stock if I wanted to go that scenerio. He quoted me a price for parts and labor to do the job, which I thought was very reasonable, and I told him to go ahead and finish the job. He went out the next morning, in the pouring rain, and had heat in the condo by that afternoon. I certainly appreciated his professionalism, honest and work ethic. Since I have other rental property, I will certainly call him again.

After spending one day trying to fix old unit it was going to cost $1200 to fix because of bad circuit board and harness. Decided to replace with newer much more efficient (80% vs 92%) unit. Work was completed in one morning.

Had to remove and replace some ductwork. Made a new c, more accessable crawl space opening.

Bentley's was the most responsive of the five companies I contacted for estimates to replace my 16 year old 5-ton gas / electric package HVAC unit and showed up on time as scheduled to evaluate my situation. Estimates from other companies ranged from $5710 for inferior package units from other manufacturers and $7900 from another company that told me I would have to wait three weeks for the same unit that Bentley's installed. After using a wood burning stove and a space heater for a week and a half to heat up the house, there was no way I was waiting three weeks for the same unit that Mike and his crew were able to install the same week at a significantly lower price. I ended up picking Bentley's because of the company's reputation, price reasonableness, and the fact that Mike was the most personable and honest - at no point did I feel like he was pressuring me and he never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. He offered solutions to save me money, which was a pleasant surprise. I ended up going with a top of the line Rheem / Ruud unit with a WiFi thermostat and couldn't be happier. Mike's crew rocked and despite the poor weather (rain on and off all day) they did an excellent job instaling the unit, programming the thermostat, and cleaning up upon completion. I'll definitely be going to Mike and his team for all of my future HVAC needs and plan on using Bentley's for annual tune ups. I'd recommend Bentley's to anyone who demands great customer service and fair prices. If you like feeling like you're just a check to some company, by all means, go with someone else...if you appreciate friendly service and want to settle on a company that you can trust on the long haul and will remember your name, go with Bentley's.

Bentley's was great. Mike and his crew were always punctual, professional, and neat. They handled the entire project professionally and the quality of the work was fantastic. I have a 90 yr old home and they were careful to ensure the work did not damage plaster, or hardwood floors, and matched the existing woodwork. The work was completed as Mike described and in the time frame he said, 1 1/2 days. I highly recommend Bentley's heating and air.
