Description of Work: Annual maintenance. | |There was water in the way under the house because of a bad condensation pump. They didnt want to remove the water and couldnt finish the work on the unit with it there. They wanted me to have someone else remove the water then call them back to finish the job for a 2nd service call im sure. I called a friend and he had the water out in about 15 minutes with a shop vac. He also finished the job. Big waste of time.

HOW REFRESHING to deal wth an indivual in the building business that truly cares about the well being of their customers. I can't say enough good things about them, if you are in need of a diagnositic/fix, these are your folks. Great job done, all the way around. Bentley's took our frustrating situation with our builder and made us HAPPY, HAPPY, HAPPY! :) now to get the builder to reimburse for the fee.......
Description of Work: Outside AC unit would not kick in after many troubleshooting attempts, called our Builder to send out the installer, that got us no where so we called Bentleys.

+ -1 moreContacted Mr. Bentley and he responded within an a few minutes and came to the house within 2 hours. He inspected and tried several fixes to old furnace but heat exchange was broken from rust accumulated from improper alignment done by previous installer some 2 years ago. Ordered and installed new furnace within 2 days.
Description of Work: Installed Furnace downstairs after ours broke. Including updated programmable thermostat. New furnace is more effiecient and qualified for Piedmont Natural Gas rebate. Service was polite, professional and punctual

+ -1 moreMike, the owner gave the estimate. He was courteous and helpful. On installation day two other men did the actual install. They did a quality job and the unit runs well almost one month later. Mike gave me a free upgrade on this air handler with a rebate from supplies. Overall though I was very satisfied and would use this company again.
Description of Work: A complete installation of heat pump, HVAC system (minus new copper piping).
