Mr. Boyd and his son were friendly and professional. i spoke to Mr. Boyd at noon and had hot water by 6 PM. It was a little more expensive than others but after their time spent here at my home, I am happy that my time and money was spent on quality product and service. Thank you Mr. Boyd.

Mr Boyd and his son arrived at the time they said they would. They were professional, knowledgeable, conscientious, and personable. After some testing and observing they went right to work replacing a leaking garbage disposal unit; and completed the task in a very short time, including after installation testing. They were a little high priced; but it was a Friday night; and they worked efficiently to fix a leaking kitchen sink.

The problem was a Wel motor had stopped working. The vendor did not show up appointments twice. Nor did they call and cancel. The third time they actually did come on site - and performed an assessment of the problem. They indicated they would check with the supplier of the Well motor, and get the right motor and return to do the work. Never returned or called.

Professional, friendly, cleaned up after the work was done. Arrived when expected. Displayed a strong work ethic something I believe isn t as prevalent as it should be. If you need a plumber this is who you call.

I needed to have my water heater repaired and after getting in contact with Mr. Plumber they were able to come out in a timely manner to assess the problem. I ended up replacing the unit and they were able to do it quickly without issue.

Mr. Plumber called me back immediately. We set up a date / time to meet and review the job. Once they assessed the scope of the project, they had it done within a few hours.

Businesslike, on time, IDâ  d problem and fixed it. Charged more than I expected, but if problem is solved will be worth it.

Knows what he is doing. Identified prob, solved that but noticed other prob, then fixed that. He's my plumber now.
