+ 0 moreThe Process of getting a new roof seemed like a huge hastle. The Proffesionalism of Crescent Moon Construction made it painless while dealing with a Insurance Company. They Explained in full detail from start to finish during the consultation and those guidelines were followed to the T! They Understand that working with an insurance company doesnt allow payment right off the bat and they did not hound us about when checks were coming in. The Roofing Crew were Great and did not cause any damage to the house and cleaned up everything. As people know tac nails can be found days after the job is done. We only found three nails and those were underneath the dumpster and were discovered and removed once the dumpdter was removed. Could not ask for more from a contractor and as a business owner myself i know what to look for so from a Professional contractor point of view, the entire process was streamlined and flawless. Description of Work: The Contractor Met with my wife and I at our home, explained the entire process from start to finish and what we would expect during the process. The Contractor Worked excellent with our Insurance Adjuster and met him while we were at work without having any of the hastle off taking off work to be home. Everything explained in the consultation was done to the T with no hastle. The Contractor understands that working with an Insurance company money is not readily availble and did not hound my wife and I about payment. The process from start to finish was streamlined and flawless and could not ask for more out of a contractor. Iam a business owner myself and exceeded expectations. They offered to come back out and inspect to make sure that the house was left in the state it was prior to the new roof and was willing to take care of any problems that myself or the contactor found with no out of pocket expense. They will be doing other remodeling jobs for us in the future. Excellent Company!
