Excellent. Went far beyond the call of duty. Real pro. Instead of simply replacing wood that had rotted outside my door, he recommend more durable material. As a former Pulte Homes manager, he knew exactly what was done well in building my townhome and what was done not so well.

Dave arrived at the agreed time and took care of everything needed. There were a couple of items that required follow-up attention but they were taken care of quickly.

Great team. David and his crew were amazing. We needed a few things done around the house in preparation for a sale and new attic insulation added. Dave called back right away and after coming out to review everything we wanted promptly provided an estimate. On the day of the work, the crew came on time and worked efficient. They were all very nice and we ended up adding some additional painting after they were done. I appreciate his honest, straight forward, personable, no frills business approach. It makes doing business with them a breeze. I highly recommend.

Dave came out and quickly determined the only issue was a clogged gutter. He fixed the part of the downspout with the clog, and increased the size of the opening to help reduce future build up. He cleaned my front and rear gutters and was done within about 30 min. Simple, professional, and not pushy for extra services. $100 for the gutter cleaning and $50 for gutter repair. Having him take a look at my rental since the service went so well. Thanks!

They ended up dumping random debris behind a vacant house. They overcharged me for the work. He used caulk to fill the crack instead of concrete. He also filled a crack between the doorstep and the front sidewalk, which he acknowledged that he did not do very well. He even tried to bribe me to not put up a bad review by charging me less than his initial fee. He did offer to correct some things and tried in his own way to make it better but I didn't feel like he was someone I could trust especially after asking me to give him a A rating.

High winds blew off the trim along the roofline of my house. I called Dave that Saturday morning, and we made an appointment for the following Monday. He arrived on time and inspected the damage. He realized that I told him the wrong color trim. I thought it was white, but it was actually a beige. He called and we discussed how to proceed. I authorized the purchase of paint, and he painted the metal strips to match the existing trim, and he returned the next morning as planned and attached them. Good job, good communication.

David showed up on time and was very professional and helpful. He showed me the pieces her replaced as well as explained the process. I have used him for repairs of different items several times and have never had a return issue. He is prompt as well as fair in his pricing.

Provider showed up a couple hours early. There seemed to be some confusion about what the maintenance package included but since I only wanted some sealing it wasn't a problem.

When I called DMZ they were very responsive and were able to attach my storm drain before a big rain was supposed to move in. He did not have an attachment that would match the paint or house but wound up going to Lowe's and go one that was very close an suitable for my needs. The job went smoothly and I am very pleased with the results. However, I did show him some damage on my front porch that a raccoon had done. He looked it over and said that he could fix it and that he would contact me or come back out in a week or so... well... it has been almost 2 months and nothing... so that is the only disappointing thing.

It went well. He helped me decide to remove my gutter covers and he came back another time to clear them all out- made a huge difference. I had no idea how unhelpful those things actually can be.

The work was excellent. He even identified problems with my roof in which he repaired on the spot at a very reasonable price. Excellent attitude and professionalism. I highly recommend.

He cleaned the gutters, found an area of roof that was rotted out, gave an estimate to fix it, and did so within the estimate.

David went above and beyond! cleaned our gutters in no time -- and I have those gutter guards on that do nothing but trap pine needles. he came back a week later and trimmed a tree away from our roof at a reasonable price. we will definitely use his services again!

It went great. Mr. Z showed up right on time and after introducing himself, went right to work cleaning out the gutters all around the house. He also took the leaf blower and blew air through the drain spouts to make sure the weren't any clogs. He also noticed some other needs we had on the outside of the house which I appreciated.

David helped me out of a potentially bad situation, as my gutters were so clogged that the rainfall was not even going through the gutters, but pouring into my kitchen! I spoke with him on the morning of July 7th and he was able to come out & get my gutters cleaned out by the end of the day. He was very courteous and helpful. I have a few more items I plan on having him do for me around my house.

Getting too old to climb up on the roof, so we hired DMZ based on Angie's List reviews. Our covered gutter system was heavily stained from oak tree pollen and needed cleaning, and the roof had not been checked in years. Dave inspected the roof and provided pictures of the ridge vent, vent pipe gaskets, and chimney flashing that required repair. When the first attempt to clean the gutters was unsuccessful, Dave had workers return until he was satisfied that the job was done correctly. It is important how a business reacts when things don't go as planned, and DMZ exceeded our expectations in terms of time and effort to make things right. Also, the quality of the vent pipe gaskets DMZ used was significantly better than those installed with the previous reroofing. We were very pleased with the value DMZ provided, and have asked Dave to replace the roof on our screened-in porch. We will review that project separately.

We paid for the $159 siding maintenance package and it was well worth it. We knew we had some problems, but we didn't know the extent. David was very responsive to scheduling a time which worked for us (he came on a Saturday) and he was quickly able to find several problem areas. His walk through of the issues was thorough and we scheduled some immediate fixes with him to fix some actual holes in the siding and replace some rotting boards. He was even kind enough to tighten some gutter issues for free. The fixes cost about $1500, but he deducted the inspection cost from that, so we paid $1500 total. Overall, David was really helpful and friendly. We are going to have to have the siding replaced, and we will consult with David about having that done.

Davis showed up when he said and returned when he said. Completed the work as described. Was professional and courteous. Did a few extras like cutting back branches and sealed holes with caulking and hauled some scrap lumber in my backyard.

Dave was on time within his 30 minute service window. He came by to repair our gutters which have been sagging and overflowing. He explained that the clog at the downspout was causing water to back up and made the gutters sag and pull away from the roof line. He quickly reattached them to the roof with hangars and unclogged the downspout. He also inspected the roof and suggested additional maintenance.

It didn't go, I guess he didn't want the business but he could have at least called back and said such. Very unprofessional.
