+ -1 moreI was a Dish customer for 15 years and was pleased with their customer service. Ever since I moved out here most of the time I would have no service. So I called and cancel my contract with them even though I raised the issue with them when I signed the contract. They were very rude that I cancelled my contract and I did not have it for a year. They were not cooperative and I said I would have to pay out the remainder of my contract. They took the remainder out monthly. I spoke to someone and explained why I cancelled and she kept going over the same thing. I am unhappy with Dish.

+ -1 moreSo far, it seems like it will be less expensive than comcast. And they install everything you need (I won't let them put this on my roof, they will provide a 4 x 4 and install the dish. My appointment is 6/23/14
