We agreed for her to come clean a two bedroom condo that two college students were living. Her prices were pretty steep. She wanted $175 for the first cleaning. I thought that was outrageous, but I really needed someone to clean it. We scheduled her to be there at 9:30am the next week. My guys left the house for her, but forgot to leave the door unlocked. I was out of town at the time, but when I came back I had a furious voicemail from her. I called her and apologized. I had to beg her to come back and she finally agreed. She had my cell phone number the entire time so that we could keep this transaction smoothly sailing. When she showed up, she brought her daughter when we weren't aware of this and they were there for three hours at the price of $200. After they left, it seemed as if no work was even complete. When we moved the sofa and loveseat, it was still filthy and there were still books, pens, and pennies underneath it because they never even moved it. The ceiling fan was still covered in dust. The inside and outside of the fridge was still dirty. Even the kitchen floor still had stains on it. I will not be hiring L & R Household Services for housecleaning again.
