Description of Work: It was fine but they had to come back twice to clean inside my chimney and there's still mild growing. Still have to keep it closed but I'm not sure that's entirely their fault. It may be growing where they can't reach it.

 + 0 moreOur water heater burst causing the kitchen ceiling to collapse. They advised to replace the water heater, but the plumbing company we hired did a repair on the water heater. The previous plumbing company did not do the repair properly. ServPro had to repair the water heater and the entire ceiling. They also found asbestos that was caused by a improper leak repair by the previous plumbing company. ServPro was highly professional, their motto is true: "Like it never happened". The staff wasn't just professional they were also very friendly and compassionate. You will pay top dollar, they are not cheap, but they worth every dime. They got everything done right, you get what you pay for. They even put our decorations back up and even improved the way we orginally had them set up.
Description of Work: They repaired our water heater and damage from flooding. They also repaired damage that a prior plumbing company created.
