+ -1 moreHad some initial problems with the installer (no longer employed by Lowes) requiring the removal of the installed shingles. After I mentioned the problem a members of Lowes senior management was at my home for reinstalling the shingles and remained at my home for the duration of the project.
Description of Work: Replaced shingles on roof with lifetime guaranteed shingles.

+ -1 moreI bought what I thought was the right resurfacing product for my deck. When I got home my son told me it was the wrong surface covering. He took the 10 gallons back and had them replaced. Since I used my Lowe's card, the original charge was removed and the correct one entered. The people in the store were very helpful and gave us no problems. The nearest store is 45 minutes from my house. The whole process was very smooth. I recommend The Sumter Lowe's store very highly.
