I used my home warranty to fix 2 leaking toilets. The repair man came out promptly to fix the problem. The repairman used a tool to turn off the water main in order to work on the leaks. Once the repairman was done, he used the tool to turn on the water main and broke a water main pipe then left. I didn’t know the water pipe was broken until the water company emailed me to let me know that I had a major leak. When I opened my water main it was filled with water. I called the company to tell them so they could come back out to fix the pipe that their repairman broke. The person in the office said that it wasn’t their fault and we would have to pay to get the broken pipe fixed. I already paid my deductible plus an additional $600 to get another company to fix the water main. I would never select this company to fix a dripping faucet. ANYONE, using this company please beware!!!

If you think you have a water heater or any other plumbing issue this is the company to call. They are respectful of your time, professional, thorough and polite. I ended up not needing a new water heater or pipes as told by another company - I was a tad embarrassed that all I needed was an increase in temperature on my water heater and a new shower head, but it was worth it. They know what they are doing and their customer service is second to none. If I ever have a problem in the future, I’m going directly to them. I would have saved myself a lot of time and stress if I started with them, but I am glad they were referred to me so I could see the difference between two plumbing companies. It was night and day. Leak Seekers is outstanding!!! Some examples of their attention to detail are shutting off my water to see if any water leaks were present. They call ahead of time and their dispatch person is polite and courteous on the phone and in relation to your time. They were informative about what they were doing and communicated with one another throughout the process. They were cautious about tracking so much as a leaf inside my home, I appreciate that level of respect and I am sure others do too. They didn’t mind climbing in my attic where the water heater was located and showed me what to look for if I have a problem in the future. They suggested getting a water alarm for my tank so that I have a heads up when my water heater starts to age and not work as efficiently as it should - even telling me where I could obtain it for just $12. They gave me peace of mind free of charge and you can’t beat their knowledge, service and personal attention to your home. I can’t say enough great things.

I woke up 3:30 Friday morning to a flooded bathroom. After calling several other companies who could not help, a friend gave me the number for "Chris the Awesome Plumber". I called Chris and not only did he answer the phone, but he gave me a time later on that same day. He called to let me know they were on the way. He and his apprentice were friendly, professional, and worked quietly and quickly. They had it all done in around 45 minutes and the cost was very reasonable. I am so happy my friend had written down his number when she saw it!

He arrived a few minutes early. Very professional very courteous and very nice. He asked about our problem and verbally diagnosed it. And went to work. The line was blocked and was not clean after his initial attempt. He continued until our washing machine drained freely. He did not give up until the problem was fixed.

was here with in 5 minutes. Not only is he totally professional...but is the only plumber I will call. Chris and his helper are the best.

Chris was very cordial and professional, he arrived on-time and completed the service in the amount of time that was quoted. I was very pleased with the service and would highly recommend this business for plumbing services.
