 + -1 moreBrock was hired by the buyer's realtor to do a termite inspection on our home in June. The C100 report that he submitted was full of false information. Two other termite inspectors AND the home inspector came to our house and said the information was not accurate. He quoted over $10k to fix problems that weren't there. Because the report was submitted, the buyer's bank would not provide financing unless something was done to clear the report. We ended up forking out $4500 to another pest control company to "fix" problems that did not exist to clear the C100 report. Brock said we needed a complete encapsulation system and that our half bath floor was rotted out and needed replaced. Even the home inspector's report came back saying we might need to replace the moisture barrier plastic, but it wasn't necessary, and not one word was said in his report about the half bath floor.

Description of Work: they provided a greay job they found no termites under the house but lost of them in my garage i had harris pets check 1st they offered nothing also i had others in my subdivision used harris pets will not use them again i recd three referrals for dodson from other businesses in the area they spent the whole day at my home also set up a great payment plan
