Never finished job. Very poor installation of wall unit. Wall unit is now hanging from wall. Boykin put blame on contractor and never fixed problem. I will never use this company again! Warning!!

They did a great job and I would highly recommend them.

Cold air in 1 day, what a difference down here in the south. The team worked together and that was the first cool night sleep in 3 weeks. The clean up looked like they were never there.

techs were running a little late, but they called when they were on the way. By the time they got here a storm had moved in. They crawled into the attic and said part of the unit was not getting power. They could not go outside and check the outside unit or breaker box because of the heavy rain. After an electrician came out to repair transformer, they came back out. Did not charge for the second visit, however just wanted around and said the entire unit was dead. They scheduled an appointment for a full replacement of the unit. It was over a week before he came out and we never heard back with the quote. All in all, I paid $90 to be told that I should probably get a unit. Over a month later, still no quote. Will be contacting another company!

The entire process - from scheduling the first appt with Brian Boykin to the final clean up after installation - was a pleasure. So many companies just say they'll come out maybe sometime Tues afternooon, leaving a homeowner waiting around. When I called to ask about this product, Carrie, the secretary, immediately checked his schedule and set up an appt with Brian for the next day at 2:00pm. He was running a few minutes late and called to tell us, rather than just coming late. He put a proposal together for the project that broke out each phase of the project and gave us the details about the products suggested so that we could do additional research to help us decide which one was best for us. We made a decision quickly based on this, confirmed the order by phone and then in person to put down the deposit. The unit was ordered that same afternoon and installed in less than a week. The installers arrived at the time scheduled, performed the work in an extremely professional manner and took great care with our house and property - even taking their boots off before coming inside the house to check the circuit breakers. They cleaned up their work areas very well and were both very personable as well. My husband and I really like the customer-service orientation of Boykin AC Services and will continue to use them in the future. We highly recommend them to anyone needing either new equipment or service on existing ones.

Installation, timeliness, and everything was flat outstanding. I would have given them an overall A if I had gotten the $500 rebate document promised. I called the salesman, who is a really good guy, and with all their business I suspect he forgot.

When they said they would be there between 8 to 10 you can set your clock by it. I knew the owner and he is super. They are also very professional and efficient . I would absolutely recommend their services. They go above and beyond.

They have been very responsive and really enjoyed their professionalism. They are very respectful and courteous people. I will continue to use them in future.

They did a good, thorough job for the inspection and I will use them again in the future. They were here on time and he explained everything to me.
