Barrett's Landscaping & Irrigation

Barretts landscaping came out to my residence and cleaned my pond and replaced my waterfall pump. It took his guys 2 1/2 hours to clean my pond and install a new pump. I was charged for 3 hours. I asked Mr. Barrett for my new waterfall pump information (box and user guide), he said everything that I needed to know was on my receipt. Which it was not, the only thing that he wrote on my receipt was a note saying for me to clean pump weekly and add clarifier monthly. The next day I went out to check on my pond and the water level had a significant loss of water. I called Mr. Barrett and told him and he came out and checked it. He said that the water level was the same as it was before they cleaned it because he had marked it. When I returned home that afternoon and checked the water level on the pond it had gone down even more, thats when I knew that they had done something to my pond. I called Mr. Barrett again and explained to him that the water level keeps going down and that his guys must of made a hole in the liner when they were in the pond cleaning it. Mr. Barrett said that he would take care of it but it wouldn't be until the following week. He cashed my $409.71 check that day. I called him and left a message on his voicemail that following week and he never returned my call. I called him again four days later and he said that he wasn't in town and he would get me taken care of when he returns to town the following week. Its been over two weeks since I last talked to him and over four weeks since he ruined my pond. He never called me back to repair the damage that his workers made. I am now stuck with a brand new waterfall pump that cost $184.71 that was used for less than a day. I am unable to return it because Mr. Barrett didn't give me the box or receipt for it and I have a pond that is ruined and is going to cost over $900 to fix. Thanks a lot Barrett's Landscaping!

He came out promptly and made the necessary repairs.

First of all, Corey contacted me the same day I messaged him via Angie's List. Very punctual! :-) He was able to make it by my house 2 days later and called ahead to make sure I was available. He quickly identified the problem and suggested he just cap off the broken sprayer since the shrubs were now full grown (overgrown) anyways. He also pointed out a fungus that had damaged some of the bushes around our house. He offered to treat them as well as gave us an affordable bid to keep the bushes trimmed year-round. As it turned out we called him for irrigation work but he will be returning to do landscaping for us as well! Thanks for the outstanding service, Corey!

Everything was fine about them. They were here when they said they were going to be here. The guy's estimate was pretty close to what he said. Before he start or finish any work or if there would be necessary changes in price, he would let me know. He'll see if I agree on it. Actually, they're going to be redoing our whole backyard, so we would be using them again.
