+ 2 moreI really liked working with Bill and will use him again when we remodel our other bathroom. He protected the flooring from the front door through to the bathroom and walk in closet that he was working in. Each night he hauled away all trash created from demolition. He was communicative throughout the remodel. His work is EXCELLENT! I am thrilled with my bathroom and closet. I show it off to anyone who comes over!
Description of Work: Bill pulled out the old tub and put in a tiled shower. Put in new toilet. He created a wider doorway. He fixed the ceiling, installed new vent cover and bathroom fan, painted the bathroom ceiling and walls. He installed new flooring throughout bathroom and adjoining walk in closet. He remodeled walk in closet using the drawing that I gave him. He painted the walls and ceiling in walk in closet.

Description of Work: We are having our house painted in White Gables in Summerville and we needed the corner trim boards replaced on all corners of our house and garage. The builder used recycled junk that warped from moisture and Bill suggested Hardi Trim to match the Hardi Plank. The consultation was easy and on schedule as planned and the work was done as scheduled and planned as well. I will be using him for future projects.

+ -1 moreMr Rogers came to house at appointed time and looked at the scope of the project. He later emailed me a proposal of the work to be done and the cost. A couple of weeks later, I called and said I wanted him to do the job. We agreed on a date for the work and he completed the work in two days. Excellent craftmanship. Excellent price
