+ -1 moreI called for an exact quote. I was quoted $55.00/hr. When the job was finished, the technician charged an hour rate for travel time. Nothing was ever said about that. The technician moved very slowly, did not find the root problem until I suggested what it probably was. The job could have been done in under an hour instead of an hour and fifteen minutes, which brought in the second hour charge.
