 + -1 moreThe install went well. It was their first hybrid, so a few runs to the hardware store for fittings, but other than that went very well. We were kept up to date on when they needed the water off to work, it was on the rest of the time. Jason the supervisor came to oversee and check the work half way through. We will use TCC again.
Description of Work: Tcc removed an old electric water heater and installed a new hybrid water heater, also installed an expansion tank, new shut off valves, and ran a condensate line from the water heater to outside.

 + -1 moreThese people were punctual. professional, and timely in every instance. I am elderly so they were kind and thoughtful and I have absolutely no complaints and would recommend them to anyone. They even fixed door knobs that were loose and are just really people oriented in every way. They are sorely missed, let me tell you.
Description of Work: This was Taylor Coastal Construction. I had damage, water rot underneath the flooring in several rooms which had to be gutted, new joists and flooring put in using tile and wood. All furniture in 3 rooms had to be removed until work was completed, then put back in place. After they completed the job, they even had the rugs cleaned in every room.

 + 1 moreThroughout the procedure the company was responsive, professional and did an excellent job.
Description of Work: The company did extensive work in the crawl space under the house and with the gutter system to prevent the accumulation of rainfall under the house. Insulation was installed around condensation lines. Wax rings on two toilets were replaced. The foundation vents were bricked to prevent water flow into the crawl space. HVAC ductwork was reinsulated, taped and mastic applied in multiple areas. Fungus areas were treated with EPA approved chemicals. Fans were installed in the crawl space and a rheostat that turns them on automatically to improve air circulation.

 + -1 moreThe damage under the house was to the joists and flooring and alot of this had to e replaced in both baths, 1 bedroom, kitchen and living room. This company had very professional workers who were always on time and thorough in all that they did.
Description of Work: The flooring was damaged in three rooms plus 2 bathrooms and the joists had to be replaced as well as the flooring. The workers were on time, couteous. and very professional and I would recommend them to anyone. I had damage due to moisture under the house which is common where I live. These people were continually on time and they worked for 3 weeks repairing all the damage. They were reasonably npriced and I mwould recommend them to anyone.

 + 0 moreWe did not go with Taylor Coastal, though through no fault of there own. We simply had another opportunity.
Description of Work: Mike took an extraordinary amount of time to give us a thorough estimate of a complete gut rehab to a 4200 sq ft home. He took me to several of his projects as they were in progress as well as a couple finished jobs. I immediately noticed how many people he had working on the jobs - lots of folks. He gets in, get the job done right and is out very quickly. The work was very high quality and finished with a great deal of professionalism. He is much more reasonable than many other companies we interviewed. Highly recommend.

 + 2 moreOverall the project went very well. The crew was very polite and kept the job-site clean. The quality of the work was very good. Although I noticed a couple of roofing nails used on the fascia board instead of finish nails, I was generally pleased with the workmanship, and would hire this company again. A call to the company 3 months later for a minor project related re-work issue was dealt with promptly.
Description of Work: The repair project involved repair of rotted soffit and fascia board around entire exterior of house. Wood rot around chimney was also repaired. All fascia board was removed, replaced, and trimmed to restore proper roof line and water flow. Most of the soffit plywood was replaced. An A-frame or "cricket" was built on the front side of chimney to divert water properly. All chimney flashing was replaced. All new wood was primed and painted.

 + -1 moreThey showed up on time. They did what they promised us that they would do. They kept us informed. If there were any problems they came over and gave us alternatives to solve the problems. They cleaned up after themselves. Their employees who came to work for us were very easy to work with. Their prices was reasonable. I would use their services in the future also.
Description of Work: I used Taylor Coastal Construction for remodeling services. They added living space and decks for us. I used their services in May.

We set a date and I showed up. They said it would take two days to do the work and they actually got it done in one day, which was nice.
