Very knowledgeable and able to explain the job clearly

I contacted SCS to inspect my chimney. Found out chimney had issues and could not be just cleaned. Given options on what I could do and estimates to complete the job. I opted to cap off and not use my fireplace. Prompt, experienced, efficient and my work was completed two weeks. Highly recommend. It was a pleasure to have SCS complete my job.

Came to my house to inspect and clean my fireplace. Told me I needed $3800.00 in repairs and that I should not burn until they were done. Knowing I just had a clean inspection two years prior as well as a new chimney cap, which is one of the things I supposedly needed repaired, I had someone else come in and they told me that not only did I not need repairs, my chimney didn’t even need cleaning.

I learned more about a fireplace in 30 minutes than I knew in 30 years!

They seemed a little pricey only to find out fireplace needs more repair then I anticipated. Their inspection was done with a drone and really didn't get dirty since they only did an inspection and no cleaning done at all.
