+ -1 moreI am currently still using them. They charge $80 for picking up the trash and recycling. The workers are fine. The service is fine except for the price. Good thing they charge for the quarter. I will use them again in the future.
Description of Work: They do garbage collection and recycling.

+ -1 moreI contact them again on cost increase and asked to cancel. Now they want to negotiate the cost. All of my neighbors are changing due to service and cost. You defiantly do not get what you pay for.
Description of Work: I have been with Suburban for 7 yrs. after the sale of the company prices have increased every year. You do not get notice of changes until your bill comes. Trash would fall out after can was dumped and they left it instead of picking up. Several times in the mid of summer my garbage a has not been picked up on sched date. I call and get a promise of next day puck up and no one shows. Now they want to raise prices. I'm done. I would never recommend.

Description of Work: For several weeks I have had the most unbelieveable experience with Suburban Disposal. Several times we have had yard debris to be picked up; which has always been on Fridays.On Friday the l9th of October we had our debris stacked neatly and the truck passed as always without picking up. I called and asked if it could be picked up. I was told the driver reported the debris was picked up. When the Warings owned this business they always did a good job. I wish the existing owners would do half the job the Warings did.

+ -1 moreThey come every week to collect the garbage. They are very punctual, always on time and very professional.
Description of Work: We use Suburban Disposal Service for dumpster service. We pay 22 dollars for every 3 months service and we have been using their service for 9 years now.

+ -1 moreWe've used Suburban for two years now. They have increased their price by $3 every quarter since we began using them so we are now looking into alternatives. We haven't had any trouble in a while but I should note they will only take what fits inside your trash can. They would not remove any of our moving boxes and did not always pick-up recycling. Since we switched from the blue recycling bags to a can we've had no further issues with recycling.

+ -1 moreThe price includes recycle. We did have trouble with them when we first signed up. They had trouble getting our cans to us and then they missed our house a couple of times. Then they discovered that they had put us in the wrong county and had over charged us. Once everything was straightened out, they have been good.
Description of Work: Suburban Disposal Service collects our garbage weekly.

+ -1 moreOur yard debris has not been removed and we have had to pay someone to have it removed.
Description of Work: In our contract with them they are suppose to pickup yard debris on Friday. We have had to call everytime and tell them it had not been picked up.
