Heather is the lady that came to our house to take the measurements. She told me I would get an email from her with my quote and even verified my email. Two days go by no email. I call the establishment ask for heather she is busy and had to call me back.She calls says shea sent it and does not know why i did not receive it. Lol come to find out she had the wrong email even after verifying soooo got the estimate. I called her back told her what I wanted was ready to set dates up and she was going to she if she had what I wanted in stock or needed to order and would call me back. LOL! This was OVER 3 WEEKS. DO NOT go here customer service is a joke. At least that lady was. They lost our business and we are telling all of our military friends **do not deal with them at all costs**. They do not care nor respect your business or time.

Stone Central did a great job on my recent need in kitchen countertops with an acceptable price. Many thanks to Bonni, Heather and the team at Stone Central. They were nice and easy to work with, and very customer oriented in design, material selection, layout and fabrication. The installation team was also good not only on installing the new countertops but also pulling off the old. They responded to all after installation questions efficiently and had all potential issues professionally addressed. I strongly recommend Stone Central and will use them again for my future needs.

I loved the fact that they are small personal, but with large vendors connection. It's the best of both worlds. Exceptional customer service.

All staff very professional and polite. Addressed everything I asked about.

Their installation crew was the worst they didn't put drop cloth over my hardwood floors I had to scrub glue and so other sticky stuff off my floor. The corking where the granite mounts to the sheetrock was so crooked and out of line also they made dents in my sheetrock. They left the old sink in the Middle of the floor. I'll never refer or use this company again!!
